Visited Coffee Time today and had an amazing experience. The place has a very classy and cozy vibe. The tea and food were absolutely delicious. Special thanks to Arsh — the tea was perfectly made and tasted amazing. Great service and a very relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommended!

☕ Food & Drinks – I ordered a bagel, coffee, and a samosa. The taste was good for a quick bite.
🧾 Billing Experience – This was disappointing. I asked the staff at the counter multiple times for a receipt. She took my phone number saying it would be sent, but I never received it. If owner is reading this, please reach me out.
✨ Ambience – The place looks very cozy and has a nice setup, but cleanliness was an issue. Tables and chairs had food crumbs left on them, which took away from the overall experience.
🚗 Parking – Plenty of parking available, which is convenient.
Overall, the place has potential with its food, ambience and parking, but better cleanliness and more attentive service would make the experience much better.

For my taste, Coffee Time currently serves the best coffee amongst coffee shops. I have four options on my way into the office and will go slightly out of my way to hit the Coffee Time on Carlingview Drive. On weekends I will pass a few shops of other companies to get to a Coffee Time location. The 215 Carlingview location of Coffee Time beats the lot for service and quality.

I visit Coffee Time very frequently and have always been greeted with their friendly staff. They are always smiling, provide food in a timely manner, and the quality of food is excellent! I have tried coffee at many different places, but I always go back to Coffee Time for their coffee and the best white chocolate and cranberry cookie that I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend this place to everyone!
