After 10.30 today I went through drive thru . The ladies staffs in the drive thru were impolite and they were with talking each other and laughing loudly without giving a proper service. Worst DQ ever been to.

I’m extremely disappointed and concerned after our recent visit to Dairy Queen. While enjoying a kids’ ice cream, we discovered a plastic rubber band embedded in the ice cream. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially in a product meant for children. We order strawberry cheesecake ice-cream
Not only is this a serious food safety hazard, but it also raises major concerns about the store’s hygiene and quality control practices. Imagine if a child had accidentally swallowed it.
Until then, I won’t be returning and would caution other parents to check their kids’ treats before serving. Very bad service

I went to this Dairy Queen and I was devistated by the employees (Nikesh), my service was very slow, unfriendly and slow staff, the restaurant and the washroom were dirty, and very small portions

Went in for a Blizzard a while back. The blizzard was good! Will have to come by to try other flavors!
Offerings are good, but there is no queue management or anything. I was waiting to order for 5 minutes and someone else enters and is taken by the employee before I could even realize. There are no signs where to form a queue, too bad.

staff are friendly and lien to serve you. the quality of their products is made well. there are lots of options to choose from. Parking is tight, especially in the summer, and the lines can get a bit long. They have a drive-through, which is nice.
Parking: very limited spots, can get tight in the summer. parking spots are beside the drive through lane so you can get blocked in
