This is an experience that I would love to share with everyone so that they would never have to deal with the supervisor that was working on July 11th, 2025. To be frank, what I ordered was a complete disappointment and the supervisor named Maria or Savannah was extremely rude in how she conducted herself and how she assessed the situation. Endless excuses and poor quality of food. Please take a look at the pic. The actual waffle is extremely soggy. They rushed the waffle cooking process and then made excuses for it. I've been a patron to this store many many times and to receive a waffle subpar, not even something that could be consumed. It's just a letdown and then on top of that having the supervisor from that store conduct yourself in a manner that was rude and undermined my intellectuality. The waffle about like a piece of soggy foam. It certainly looks like it and it definitely tasted like it.
