I have been visiting this place for a long time and unfortunately, my experience last Friday was disappointing. I got 2 different kinds of pretzels (with sesame and regular with salt) and when I got home I noticed that they were not fresh and were very hard. Usually everything is so fresh. What happened?

I've been coming here for years, and always for their incredible 10 lb loaf of bread. It's absolutely fresh & delicious and worth the trip every time. Over the years, they've expanded their selection to include all kinds of pastries, cakes, and other baked goodies. There's even a cozy little café area where you can sit and enjoy a coffee with your treat. Just a heads-up: it's cash only, so come prepared!

This Bakery How has the atmosphere of a manufacturing plant? What really is annoying? Is that it is the only STORE that has CASH ONLY it is a waste of time. I’ve had the cheesecake it was stale. The lineups are to the door very slow service. It has a cafeteria feel to it. But good news I went down the street and found the SWEET GALLERY 350 Bering Avenue. It’s delicious homemade real European bakery speciality cakes chocolate ganache, strawberry & cream, walnut cakes and amazing cookies almond and shortbread. And you can enjoy lunch quiche or pastry wrapped cheese & spinach or meat great salads sit down homey feeling and will take Debit & Visa & Cash! Love Sweet Gallery ❤️
