We ordered a thin crust after waiting for 10 mins we are told they accidental made a regular crust . We insisted on the thin crust. He came back said we are out of thin crust.
When the order was placed we paid extra for the thin crust. The staff did not tell us the cost, said it depends on on the toppings.
We took a refund due to the behaviour of the staff. As the guy said “if its not available how can i make it”.
Payment was made by card . Without asking the refund was handed over in cash.

It was amazing . I tired New York style first time . Love it. There ok going deal was good too 7 topping for $13.99. What a steal?

Ordered delivery to the hotel. Online order, everything written down for them. They got the order wrong, didn't look at the room number and when we called to find out what was going on with the order, they claimed the system had a glitch and it hadn't been delivered yet. Confirmed room number and said it will arrive in a few minutes. 20min later we called again and they claim that they never received the room number so they tried calling us, which they never did. The phone number they were calling is not our number. Finally driver is told to leave it at the lobby. I go down and find it left on a random table. Open it, wrong pizza and cold.
All the info is literally written down for you and you can't be bothered to read it! You have the easiest job in the world and you're trash at it.

I have ordered from this location countless times and never had an issue until today. I spoke with an operator who got my order wrong repeatedly I kept trying to clarify what I was asking and still to no avail she didnt understand. The manager then came on and did not want to hear my issue or serve me at all. He kept saying we're busy go order online we dont need to take your order. I was shocked by his lack of leadership skills as a manager and the fact I was being rushed or blamed because the operator did not understand my simple order of a pepperoni pizza she kept telling me pepperoni is considered two toppings which I never heard that before. I simply asked when did that policy change and she couldn't answer and got frustrated with me and then put on the incompetent manager who basically said he didn't want my business go order somewhere else.
I was in shock if you are working a customer service job the basic requirement should be understanding the customer request of simple questions.
This was a horrible experience and Domino's should be ashamed of themselves.

Horrible Dominoes. They burnt the pizza. I was waiting for quite some time and the pizza was in the oven, then both employees left the establishment to see a car outside. While I was waiting for the employees to return, I could visably see the pizza burning. They did not offer another pizza or say anything.

I placed an order at this Domino’s location and went to pick it up. When I arrived, I saw the baker preparing pizzas with long nails and no gloves, which made me very uncomfortable to eat. I told the staff right away that I couldn’t take the order.
Later, I received a response from Domino’s (pasted below) basically stating that gloves are not required and focusing more on food wastage than on customer concerns. This clearly shows that customer comfort and feedback are not a priority for them. Very disappointing experience.

I wish I could give this store a 0 star. My husband just ordered a pizza and it was cold. No taste at all. Waste of money at this location. Will never go to this location again 😡

I wish there was zero or a negative rating option for this location. Absolutely garbage food and worse than that is the behaviour of the staff. I guess the name of the staff was prabh kaur. Upon complaining that the garlic bread was super hard, I got a reply that you can throw it. I am attaching the receipt for proof.

This store not going to improve there pizza and services are worst. No topping on pizza and seems like the bread they used to make pizza is expired one so dry no sauce at all.
