I visited Dosa Twist yesterday and honestly had a really satisfying experience. I ordered the ghee roast dosa and Schezwan idli, and both were on point. The ghee roast dosa was perfectly crisp with a rich ghee aroma, thin yet well-cooked, and not oily at all—exactly how a good dosa should be. The Schezwan idli was a pleasant surprise—soft, fluffy idlis tossed in a flavorful Schezwan sauce that had just the right kick without overpowering the dish. The chutneys and sambar were fresh and complemented the food well. Service was quick and polite, and the overall vibe was casual, clean, and comfortable—great for a relaxed South Indian meal. Definitely a place I’d visit again when craving dosa with a little twist.

Stumbled upon this hidden gem as we were in the neighborhood. Dosa sambar chutneys were excellent made in authentic Tamil style. Medha vadas were so crispy and made to order fresh and they tasted great. Also special mention to Marudhu for his very friendly service.

We ordered Mysore masala dosa, uttapam, idli and Vada and Kesar badam shake everything was amazing, great service.
I would have given a 5 star on their old Menu. It's great to experiment on new menu . Great hard work.
But I still think your boneless chicken chetinad curry and biriyani had a unique flavours. The ones you're currently making is common to other places and can be found anywhere, I feel you'll see a reduction on the older customers repeat rate due to this.
Adding new items to the old menu would have been best idea without changing the old recipes.
