Arguably one of the worst customer service experiences last night. Greeter was rude and unprofessional, server didn't reach our table for 20+ minutes was not attentive. Management needs to clean house with their FOH staff, or at least let them know customers don't care how cool they think they are! Very stuck up vibes.
Ordered two mojitos, steak and sushi, and the Cajun chicken Alfredo. Food was good, compliments to the kitchen staff.
Will not be back because of the service and lack thereof.

Busy yet accessible.
Menu is the usual Earls.
No complaints on the food from anyone in our party.
Extra orders of truffle fries though to go with the well done cocktails.
The staff were super friendly and helpful

I ordered the crispy chicken strips with fries. The chicken was extra crispy because it was over cooked. The fries were shoe-string fries by McCains. I felt like I was eating a kid's meal.

The light skin girl giving out the uber eats orders was sleeping or drowsy on the job. It doesn't look like she wants to work there.

-Waited 10 mins for a table with a reservation for 5
- table was too small to place all the plates and cups for our order
- the worse was when the server snickers/laughs when no tip is left from 1 person out of the group of 5. This was probably the worst part making us all feel really uncomfortable.

Music was toooo loud. Could barely hear each other talk . The temperature was too hot inside. You need to have some cool air circulating the restaurant. Food was ok. Waiter did not know if the sushi was wrapped in seaweed .
