The service was great- our server was helpful and totally understood the menu - as a result was able to answer our questions and make recommendations Dishes arrived quickly and well prepared. When I left I accidentally forgot my phone - when I returned the server had found it and left it with the manager. He saw me returning and came to tell me- my issue was resolved in less than 2 min!

The service was not great, slow and sometimes. Oils t find the server. The fries were not hot and are just like McDonalds, dis appointing. We had two birthdays at our table and the complementary brownies were served at least 10 minutes apart from each other. Probably will not go back.

We booked a booth for 4 for an anniversary celebration. We wanted to take advantage of your happy hour at 10pm. for food and drinks. Our bill was $200 in one hour. The truffle fries were ice cold and double fried so they were brittle as were the other 2 orders of fries. The Nashville chicken and pickle skewers were also ice cold. The two Margherita pizzas we ordered were not only cold but the entire crust around the pizza was rocks of salt! I have no idea why your kitchen staff are preparing pizzas with salted crusts. We ordered 2 Margherita pizzas not 2 salted pretzels! We are frequent customers at your Earl's location for years and sadly this is the first time your food quality control was the poorest we ever experienced. Your prices and tips for servers keep increasing but your happy hour menus and food quality keeps declining. Also, no acknowledgement for our anniversary in any way! We will not be visiting this location any time soon!

Outstanding experience always from your entrance to your exit. Superbly presented staff that exude polish and substance. Crisp and Clear. Excellent Management in place. Food is the highest quality and taste (and my preference over Joeys, Keg , Cactus club etc). Amazing prices, happy hours , and events. Open kitchen producing stunning visuals and plates of magic. The space offers so many options for every mood. Worth a visit and repeat.

Food was great but our server wasn't the best! Really rude and unpleasant service. We had other girls dropping drinks and food and these 10 second encounters with them was 100 times better than our whole night of service from our waiter.

Great staff - very understanding when I said that this was a business lunch so we didn't need the dance music. Would have been even better if the music was quieter and more varied in theme. Food was excellent - Truffle Tortellini!!

We come often and the food is always great. For this particular occasion we came specifically to watch the Jays game. We were given a booth with a great view of the tvs at the bar. Awesome game. The crystal margarita was yummy and the food was delicious as per usual. My only complaint was that our server Kevin wasn't really checking on us so I was always waiting way too long to order another drink (instead of him asking if I'd like another) we had to keep trying to flag him down. Overall though another pleasant experience and I look forward to the next time.
