If you’re craving good ice cream then skip this location and go to Lola’s Gelato. It’s so much better than this place. If Lola’s closed then go to DSpot for better ice cream than this place. There are better options just a few mins away from this place. The girl here wouldn’t take her headphones off to serve us ice cream or answer our questions when we walked in today. We tried a few options and walked away with a $5 kiddie scoop each.. so overpriced for average tasting ice cream..

I had Donatella Rock gelato. It was so tasty. Best place if you’re looking for ice cream and gelato with real ingredients.

This ice cream is cheaper than therapy and the best for comfort ice cream! Love love their pistachio and lemon pie flavours in waffle cone or cups. 5/5

Best ice cream in town. Their Gelato is the absolute best. My favorite is the Tanzanian chocolate l, super chocolatey and silky smooth.

Can’t go wrong with picking Ed’s on a hot day. A staple chain for ice cream in the city. Went with the classic burnt marshmallow and like always didn’t disappoint.

Really amazing ice cream and good service.I had dark chocolate and toasted almond and they were really delicious together. My partner for hot chilli chocolate which was the best chocolate ice cream I’ve ever tasted (!) and blueberry pie which is a really cool summer flavour.I will definitely be back to purchase different flavours and more chilli chocolate!

Great service, flavor’s menu and the extensive. They are open late at Sunday night, so is perfect. This place is a plus for Etobicoke conservative area. My choice always: the hazelnut ice cream ?

Delicious ice cream. Staff is friendlier at the Roncesvalles location though.

Went due to high rating. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. Rum & raisin had no flavor. It was vanilla with raisins in it. Chocolate Royale was just as sad. Nothing royal about it. Personally Basking and Robins is a lot better in terms of flavor and price.

So this was my first time at this location, my sister told me they sell such good ice creams and the girl who helped us was so unhappy that it made my experience so upsetting I was ready to just leave my ice cream with the girl. When someone comes to any place that seek ice creams with their families, you would want to show that you care about the products which you sell to the public not “ I don’t know “ we asked her what is the most popular gelato that she has “ she had the most bitter face with NO smile and said “ I don’t know… gelato???? “ I personally found that rude. New comers ask for advice on popular flavours if the workers don’t want be there they should not work. The 3 stars were for the flavour it was honestly so good, otherwise I would give zero stars for her customer service. Hopefully the next time I ever come around I hope someone else helps me.
