I like this place but the charges are not really clear.
They need to time they say tea is free when you dine in and the second time charged us $6 for 2 teas, so not really clear while the purchase we make is above $60

I have adjusted my review to 5 stars on 2026/02/23

Made it back today for breakfast after a short hiatus. Terribly disappointed. Had the traditional Eggs Benny. The peameal was hardly cooked and felt raw, the eggs ordered soft poached came ranging from medium well to hard and the salad was difficult to eat as all lettuce pieces were palm sized. If we return will not be ordering that again.

This restaurant is the best place in Etobicoke and possibly Toronto, where you can relax and receive the most professional and courteous service you'll ever have.
It's where I go for breakfast. The choices are numerous, and the portions are very good. But above all is the food presentation and taste. You have to visit. If you do, then be early for breakfast. I love breakfast, and I love breakfast at Egglicious.

2 yrs ago:Best breakfast restaurant in Kipling. Food are excellent well prepared and staff are friendly. I love their steaks.

Edit: We recently ate here and ordered a medium well steak. But when it was served, I noticed it was near to medium rare and the meat in the middle is still totally raw, like not cooked as rare. It was like pinkish meat fresh from the freezer.

This place was usually good before. Not sure these days.

Only few people left that knows how to cook a proper steak.

This spot has been running in this location for at least 15 years that I am aware of. It is not just as good as I remember it from when I lived in Etobicoke but even better. The breakfast chimmichanga I ordered was a unique invention and absolutely perfect. The hash browns were crispy and well seasoned and it came with a sizable spinach salad. The drip coffee was above average quality for a diner and lastly the place was clean and the service was great. I was starting to worry that a sit down breakfast in Toronto was on its way out but this institution will be one of the places that saves it.

First time here, lots on the menu, I have eggs Benedict with truffle sauce. It was great. Good service and friendly staff, lots of regular customers. I'd go back and try something different.
