The upgrade they did to the store at the beginning of the year is awesome. Now I can find anything I need.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to No Frills. I watched an employee throwing tomatoes from the case onto the display instead of handling them carefully. This kind of rough treatment damages the produce—bruising and splitting the tomatoes, which makes them spoil much faster and look unappealing. Customers expect fresh, quality fruits and vegetables, and seeing them mishandled like this is unacceptable. It’s wasteful, unprofessional, and makes me think twice about buying produce here in the future.

I have been inside a lot of No Frills, and I can tell you their environment hasn't changed much, but due to the size of this No Frills, the shelves are packed. The aisles are clear. I just wish they had more of a cashier presence; the lines were way too long, and there weren't enough cashiers to handle the overload. But besides that, it was good overall.

It's great place however, few indian stuff e.g. variety of stuff indian paratha is mixing there.

This No Frills is my absolute fave. Emiliano and Ana’s Nofrills really stands out. Customer service is on point. The customer service is always great—staff are super friendly, helpful, and really know their stuff. The store itself is spotless and well organized. Every visit is a pleasant, stress‑free experience. I always find what I need, and they answer questions with a smile. Shopping here just feels good!

Was very disappointed with this No frills, I saw on the flyer a special for strawberries.
When I arrived at the store you could only purchase 2 pints at the special price and each additional pint was $ 3.99 higher than other stores nearby.

I needed a lot for a recipe, and didn't have time to drive around.
They also would not match other stores on the inflated price.
I was truly disappointed.

First time at this location - very busy on a Friday. This location is neat, clean, organized, and carries a great selection.

Staff are really really nice, helpful and friendly. It’s rare going into a grocery store in this area where staff have a warm and friendly vibe. I’m quite surprised. I would usually avoid the Dixon area altogether but this location ain’t bad at all. I love the staff! Great job! Excellent service!!!

Very nice store with a lot of variety. Even the restrooms are maintained quite clean. Kudos to the store management.

Unfortunately, the customers make a mess of the restroom. Maybe the store ought to put a note on the inside asking customers to leave the toilet seat in a state they would expect it to be left by others.

One area of improvement would be to increase the number of billing clerks, especially during peak business hours. There are plenty of billing counters, but most of them unused, because of the heavy cost cutting by Emiliano and Ana.
