Always fresh, tasty and generous portions. You can tell they put a lot of thought in their menu choices - using high quality ingredients and even taking pride in making each dish look as good as they taste. Different than any other meal prep service I've ever tried. Highly recommend if you're looking for easy and healthy dinner options.

I wish my boys loved my meals as much as David's. 😅 Lasagna, eggplant parmesan, any of the chicken dishes are our favorites. So fresh, easy, and HEALTHY - these meals are a win for us every time. Also, try the Snickers overnight oats - you'll thank me later.

When I first tried Essential Meal Delivery, I was really surprised at the quality of the meals. Everything is well done and I’ve tried new grains and greens. I wouldn’t normally make so many vegetables so I’m getting a good healthy variety. I find that I don’t gain any weight, but my weight is stable after a fulfilling meal. This place is fantastic! Always fresh. Balanced diet. I am always impressed with my order. David and Leah are super friendly and creative. You can tell they love making others happy with their food. I love the variety they offer. My personal favourite is their tofu and ramen noodles.

This place is a real gem! My entire family enjoys the meals here, and my kids always look forward to eating from Essential—so do we! The food is healthy, well-balanced, and delicious, with plenty of variety. It’s been a lifesaver for our busy schedules and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Customer service/ owner offered help to register then was indisputably rude when asked for help and bloody well hung up the phone on me. Buyer beware, And i was about to drop a few grand a year on their tableau, oops your bad

Essential Meal Delivery is a great option if you're tired of eating 'whatever you find in the fridge'. The meals are great and varied, and there's always something on the menu that you want to try. I've sometimes had difficulty ordering because I want to try more than is possible to eat in 4 days!

David is great, easy to talk to and very accommodating when it comes to asking for changes or tweaks to your order.

Definitely give them a try - if you want to try different meals without paying the exorbitant costs for takeout - this is a great way to do it!
