Had a (casual) business meeting here and it was fantastic! Friendly owners, amazing coffee vegan options🙏🏽🍃🍪 I had the vegan pumpkin spice muffin and my colleague had the vegan cookie:-) Updated from previous review on 2025-05-01
Coffee was amazing. 1 point for reusable cups & mugs. -1 point for charging extra for milk alternatives. They had 3 vegan food options available. I got the oatmeal cookie which tasted like peanut butter.
I usually love this coffee shop, and the service is typically pretty good. However, today the young man with curly hair and glasses had an attitude problem that was completely off-putting. This experience has left a bad impression on me, and I don't plan to return. It doesn't cost anything to provide patrons with basic customer service, especially at an establishment where the coffee is not cheap and customers are paying premium prices for their products.

It’s unfortunate that a new young man has been hired whom needs some training on the service of customers. I came in and waited 4 minutes at the the till to place an order and was ignored. I decided to use the ladies room in the meantime in case the young man was busy doing admin work. When I came back he was at the till doing something behind the counter and paid attention to turning g on the stereo and texting on his phone behind the counter. He greeted me with his eyes down and never looked up. I waited another 3 minutes until I asked him if we was busy or….? He then put his phone down and took my order. I then repeated my order 4 times as he still was distracted and don’t bother to provide eye contact. Not a good way to start the day!
The service does not compare to other staff or the delicious menu.
Update: the new young man is kind, attentive and very friendly.

Wonderful, super friendly staff! Smiling and making eye contact with you, and you can have a conversation with them!
Had a cappuccino and lait. Hot and great flavors. Had a scone with egg and bacon/cheese. Superb!!
Had takeaway one day, then stayed in another. If I lived here, this would be my regular go-to treat on my day off!
Kid-friendliness: Nope. Kids can go to Starbucks. This place is for adults wanting a place without kids. True coffee bar
Great coffee and one of the best carrot muffins

This place does a really good cortado (depending on the barista). Excellent baked goods, all made in house. Their scones are my version of perfect - crispy exterior, fluffy interior.

Ordered a chai latte which costs 7.5$ + tax + tip but it tasted so bland almost like water mixed with previous chai latte's residue in the cup...

The place seemed cute on google but they had really horrible, bitter and grainy matcha that was unenjoyable and some areas inside have definitely not been deep cleaned in a while
