Coffee was amazing. 1 point for reusable cups & mugs. -1 point for charging extra for milk alternatives. They had 3 vegan food options available. I got the oatmeal cookie which tasted like peanut butter.
It’s unfortunate that a new young man has been hired whom needs some training on the service of customers. I came in and waited 4 minutes at the the till to place an order and was ignored. I decided to use the ladies room in the meantime in case the young man was busy doing admin work. When I came back he was at the till doing something behind the counter and paid attention to turning g on the stereo and texting on his phone behind the counter. He greeted me with his eyes down...
