Far east was a childhood treat growing up, I have very fond memories eating far east on my Mickey Mouse tablecloth my mom use to put on the floor and we use to all just sit around and eat on the floor in the living room. I have since become an adult lol and I don’t live here anymore and I’m staying in an Airbnb that’s right down the street from my beloved Chinese food joint. Some of the reviews made me feel weary about giving them a go but my inner child said no Milka go...
Honestly, majority of the time the food is served really well. I think it depends on the time I order. If you order around lunch, the food is less freshly prepared, but dinner it's really good. Cash only, but a lot of Chinese food places do that so I am used to it. They provide ample sauces (soy, sweet and sour, hit sauce, etc) too without even requesting it. I have tried a few places within the vicinity and I have to say this place is by far the best I found for authentic...
Overall solid meal, just paper bag issue and carrying drink when the paper 📜🗞️ bag gets ripped TOO EASILY. Foods very soggy and healthy with too much vegetables. I tried the Szechuan noodles with chicken 🍗🐔 and it was alright, help fill my stomach and it was only $10 or less plus drink $13. Pretty cheap meals but the chef's can't speak English so it's hard to communicate with them. Overall I will go to this place if its my last option for cheap meals...
