Decided to grab a smoothie at the end of a run. Purchased a smoothie and sat down. Soaked in sweat, and feeling kinda blah, I asked for a cup of tap water. As a paying customer, and within the rights of being an establishment to sell food and drinks, you legally have to. I WAS DENIED.

I had to state that that is actually not allowed which I was still told, that’s our rules.

Eventually I was given small cup, which is all I needed. But why deny a paying customer a basic human necessity?

You’ve definitely lost a customer!

Amazing smoothies!

Got 2 smoothies.
They told us the juicer was just cleaned and they didn’t want to use it to make our juice.
Suggested the blender which was fine.
The most appalling thing that scarred me from wanting to ever come back was the fact that they took the DIRTY mop, wet it in the sink- the SAME sink they use for their dishes, and this was to clean the floor.. no mop bucket- just the sink we re wet the mop. Mind you, it was dripping on the counter.
Looked very sanitary

My grandmother and myself stopped in here on a hot day, the worker running the floor was amazing, and so kind ❤️ the drinks were so good, and it's such a cute store. As my grandmother and I where heading out my grandmother accidentally triped and knocked her drink on floor, and the worker when out of her way to ensure my grandmother was okay and instead we left the mess, then proceeded to ensure she was alright. The girl was so sweet and kind she even offered to make a new drink for her 🥰 definitely a new favorite spot

Went here multiple times during a hockey tourney at Ford Performance Centre (few mins away) and their fresh smoothies (especially Mangoey Mango) and their chipotle chicken wrap fueled my son to the championship game and among the top players in points! We went there enough times we got a freebie smoothie… thanks to Aanchal for the great service!
