Sandwich is legit. Pretty standard cold cut and topping situation but the bread is incredible. Nice crisp crunch and very flaky and light. Just took a bite of the custard tart and I almost shed a tear. Prices are very reasonable and staff are friendly.

Verry affordable pricing for quick sandwiches, some selections of desserts also acceptable pricing, you can get all sort of coffee at this location, definitely a place to stop by for lunch if you nearby,

I went with my son for a coffee and ham and cheese sandwich. Both were great, and reasonably priced. The server was friendly and efficient, and the store was clean and tidy. They had a steady flow of customers (many obviously regulars) despite it being mid-week, and before lunch time, which clearly means they are a popular spot. I will definitely be back!
