Let me start off by saying the food was excellent. The two issues my wife and I had was the waiter asked if we wanted flat waiter?? I assumed it was tap water. My bad. He didn’t offer tap water which would have been more than fine. He should have started with that. Evian water bottle is $10?? He was ready to bring another bottle until I asked if tap water was available. He should have started with that. My second concern was the tip is paid on the full bill including the HST?? Why would anyone want to pay a tip on the tax?? So beware of the water and tip.

Went in with a group of colleagues to do a celebration lunch. Everything was perfect, great food, good service, and freshly made pastas&pizzas, the Tiramisu was top notch. Highly recommended!

To be serious... When you walk in at 15:30 and some Italian Gentlemen are quietly handling business while enjoying a late lunch... you know you've found a place that serves good Italian.
The bread was just standard. Everything else was delicious. I ordered the Caesar salad - it was deliciously creamy. I ordered the Veal Ragu Bolognese - it was savory and heavy and I was quite filled afterwards. I did not have room for a dessert.
The restaurant takes up multiple units and is quite large. I guess they can seat 100. The decor is tasteful classy. The washrooms are very nice. I always judge a restaurant by is washrooms.
My server was a professional. I mean a professional server. He was excellent.

I visited Fiamma a few weeks ago to have dinner with my girlfriends , I cannot stress enough how amazing the food was , our server Giovanna went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed . We will most definitely be back !
