I think this has been the best firehouse we have been too. A lady on yhe staff actually came around to ask how our food was and for the first time we actually got the extra pickle in our order that we placed online without having to ask. Big W for this location!

I love this place but definitely I will stop coming anymore, A Subs became so small. I remember that has been big that I was not able to even finish it and now I was surprised that it was not enough.besides that price is not even cheap

My husband is allergic to mushrooms and the manager refuses to replace the sub calming she made the sub. She also refuses to provide her name. Ridiculous! Don’t buy from this location. 6/12/2025 @ Picked up at 7:20 pm.

I asked twice to not put mustard or mayonnaise on my Italian submarine sandwich. I was not to eat it until later as I got it to go take out. Needless to say the sandwich was smothered in both. It was inedible for me. I was under the impression that firehouse took dietary needs into consideration.
It was a waste of my money!
Update!
They contacted me and we're very courteous to replace my sandwich on my next visit. Thank you for your great customer service.

Extremely busy place. Lots of parking. Staff are very friendly and extremely efficient. Order was perfect. Lots to choose from. I felt like the subs were only OK and over priced. It’s a very loud atmosphere. Drink machine is really good as it has lots of the flavoured options.

Used to go to this place regularly but the last few times have been disappointing and gross.
I order a Turkey sub exclusively and the past two times they have given me gross butt ends of the cold cuts (see photos). I couldn’t finish the sun because I found bits like this dispersed throughout and it grossed me out. I am paying the most I’ve ever paid for a sub before, I should not be getting the bad cuts of meat.
They have also been really skimpy on toppings, I only had two small slices of tomato on the sub and almost always they leave the mustard off. The last time they also gave me no cheese when I paid for extra. It’s odd to say that I can get more toppings at subway.
Just never know what I will get when I come here and the price doesn’t justify that anymore. Sucks when a good place starts to cheap out on their product.

I’ve been meaning to try this place out for quite some time now, so when I just so happened to be in the area, I just had to try it.
The food tasted great and fresh. A bit smaller than desired, but it was my first time here, so I just wanted to play it safe, just in case I didn’t like it. But, that wasn’t the case, as I liked the food. I’ll definitely have to give this place a second look and try more of their sandwiches.

We spoke to someone, right before closing, they said they can take the order online for pickup. We decided to then place the other and called them exactly a minute, before 10 pm to place the order and even though their systems weren’t closed they refused to take the order. The employee name was Manvi who refused, and there was another one who was slightly more considerate to take our order. We understand the outlet has to shut at closing time, but in a minute one employee tells us we can take the order and the other minute they refuse. Employee getting paid, have zero consideration on the customer experience they give and are doing the bare minimum, and we hope the owner of the outlet can improve the service provided.
