I recently visited Firehouse Subs again after long hiatus and unfortunately it was disappointing. The sandwich barely had any meat in it, especially compared to what’s shown in the pictures and what you’d expect for the price. It felt mostly like bread and toppings with very little protein.

The overall taste just wasn’t great. It was kind of bland and not very satisfying. For the cost, I expected a much more filling and flavorful sub. For $20 a sub so many other fulfilling good meals you can get elsewhere.

This is one of the best subs I have ever had!! Little pricey but that’s ok! I have a dairy allergy and honestly they were very accommodating to that! Great experience there I will definitely be going again soon!

This is by far the best sub sandwich I had in my life! They are so big and sooo good! They have some new fries that are amazing too. The sauce is 100% delicious. Their staff is the best. They most be doing something really good with their staff because they are always genuinely happy to serve you. I was a fan of Jimmy John’s but those days are gone since I found this guys :)

Order two subs to share with hubby and my goodness, it was delicious, meaty and perfect amount of sauce!
Service was great, the cashier asked if we wanted fries, we had no idea fries were an option. She checked on us while we ate, although it’s fast food, they do a good job not making it feel like it. 100% will return, totally worth it!

I orded firehouse subs today for the second time. The first time I order they were amazing and it was delivered fast within 30 mins and hot, I appreciate the firefighters. The second time i order i had uber eats deliver the subs it took an hour to get to me and by that time the subs were very cold and soggy. I'm not asking for anything but if your losing customers this is why.
