Located on the waterfront, Firkin on the Bay offers a pleasant surprise, with a great view of Lake Ontario and friendly, efficient service. The restaurant has the charm of a classic English pub but with plenty of room, so it doesn’t feel cramped. The menu features a variety of dishes, including grilled calamari and tortillas, and the food is excellent. Many customers appreciate the creativity of the chef, especially when Nana is involved. Although the pub is part of a large chain, it has a welcoming atmosphere and staff who genuinely try to help.
