Great burgers and the fries are top notch because they are cooked in peanut oil.
Decent size burger with fries all over in the packet. I guess that's the USP of the place of giving extra fries . Pop is unlimited refills just like burger king. Do give it a try if you are in the area
Five Guys is my favourite burger joint. You build your own burger which I love and the fries are the absolute best.
The burger buns was soggy

Easily the worst five guys location in Canada. It's like they have a potato shortage with the way they skimp on the fries and the burgers are always soggy.

Honestly, the burgers arent good. The fries taste sour, had a few, very off-putting. Like a potato that was picked too early. The milkshake is good though! I enjoyed the strawberry milkshake.

I’ve ate at 5 Guys all over Ontario as well as multiple international locations & I’ve never had them not give the usual extra scoop of fries. $5 for this tiny tiny cup is absurd.
Skinny meat patty, cold soggy sandwich, no flavor and costs $40 for 2? The best part of the meal was the coke. This was not a place an order over the phone for pick, we literally walked in ordered and dined at the location? Why would the bread be soggy and wet unless it was prepared for someone else then given to us. Crap for $$

Bit of a disappointment here I'm sorry to say. The bun was soggy and fries were overdone which was not up to standard of Five Guys.

I recently dined at Five Guys, a place known for its quality burgers and unique atmosphere. While the burgers themselves were delicious and made accurately, our overall experience was unfortunately marred by poor service.
From the moment we arrived, communication seemed to falter. Our server was pleasant but overwhelmed with orders which resulted in long wait times for our milkshake order and follow-up. By the time we arrived home 50 mins later, our burgers and fries were lukewarm to cold rather than hot and fresh. It was disappointing, especially given the price we pay.
The burgers had great flavor and were cooked to perfection, but the lack of temperature significantly affected our enjoyment. The fries, typically lightly crispy and hot, fell flat as well.
While I appreciate that busy nights can lead to hiccups, the overall lack of communication and coordination was frustrating. With improved service or additional employees, it could easily become a go-to spot for even more burger lovers.
For now, I can only recommend this location with slight caution.
