Ordered today the chicken strips AMAZING. Curly fries was nice and crispy and so yummy. The Frankie's sauce is so good I could have drink a tub of it. I recommend.

Frankie's does not really exist anymore. It's just the take out menu of the primary Resturant. I'm not sure why the distinction anymore...? I'm not sure what to rate or who to rate.... The Texas Resturant or the menu that says Frankie's on it..? The wait was a little for the to go order, but I'm not gonna knock them in that.. buuuutttt the food, while prepared fresh.. is really not tasty.. if U want fried Chicken go to Church's next door, less expensive, but more importantly a better tasting product.. These fries, fresh yes, tasty no.. dill sauce, ok, but it can't save that chicken..Frankie's sauce.. mehhh, Cole slaw, not good, but when U had the rest of the food the Cole slaw was outstanding.. Great Atmosphere in the Texas Resturant.. I don't think that is gonna make your business.. People have to be torn up drunk to like this food.

I think it might be a ghost kitchen, or it's attached to the Lone Star.Chicken sandwich was okay, but outrageously expensive. $15 for a sandwich. Not again.

I purchased the “chicken sandwich combo”The flavours were quite good, with quality chicken.I was quite disappointed that the “sandwich” was just 3 chicken tenders in between buns.The fries were quite good.The price was not frightening, pretty reasonable.Ultimately, I would go back to try another meal

The first two times I had Frankie's Hot Chicken I enjoyed it and highly recommended it however may last two orders have shown that things are going downhill. One of the biggest issues is the lack of Nashville style sauce on the chicken. The first couple times the chicken was completely covered in sauce but the last order there was just a bit of sauce applied to the chicken before the bun was put on leaving 80% of the chicken without sauce and nothing more than a chicken tender sandwich. When the manger at Lone Star responded to my critique she said the sauce was applied per specifications and tried to blame lack of quality on 3rd party delivery services. The chicken that arrives in your order will definitely not match the pictures from Frankie's social media pages or website. Come on Lone Star you can do better!

I ordered five minutes to close and received an undercooked chicken sandwich which resulted in salmonella poisoning. I would give zero stars if possible

I live 8 mins away from their Dixon location. I ordered through uber because I was busy and thought I'd save some time. It took just under 2hrs from the time I placed the order to receive it. After all that, it was missing dip that I paid for and the food was all cold.
The only thing good about this place is the curly fries. Undercooked chicken, missed order items, and no sauce on the chicken.I don't know why I ordered again. Super hit or miss. Wouldn't bet on it.Wouldn't recommend.

Ordered the Hot Chicken Sandwich Combo, it was disgusting. The bun was dry and stale and the chicken looked and tasted gross. The food ended up in the garbage. It’s shameful when you spend good money and they send you really bad food. I will never order again.

Improperly indicated signs. If you don’t know that this is only a kitchen and only orders to go, you can’t know it is inside another restaurant.The app indicated my orders was ready 5 minutes prior to me getting there, since I couldn’t find the place. Still had to wait over 20 minutes for my food, which defeats the only reason one has, to take an order to go.And finally, I asked for one simple thing other than my food: cutlery. Which was left out. Food was edible, but the whole experience ruined my enjoyment.

The food is disgusting. Don't let the pictures fool you. They have a tendency to fry all their food in spoil and rancid oil. The taste makes you want to vomit. This happens 90% of the time. I would hate to see their kitchen because this level of incompetence is unacceptable and who knows what goes on in that dirty restaurant. The chicken strips tasted like dirt. The fries are dipped in reused oil. The onion rings are the only thing that were somewhat delicious and yet the serving size is for ants.This place needs to be shut down and not a soul would miss it. Avoid and save your time and money, there is better food everywhere.Do better, Frankies.
