I’ve had good and mixed experiences at Fresh. This time we got cauliflower bites (bbq/buffalo), the buffalo wrap and goddess bowl. The cauliflower bites were tasty, but the buffalo wrap was on the salty side, and the goddess bowl was lacking in flavours. Service was strictly average. We wish we got the onion rings, burgers, and Caesar broccoli wrap that we’ve enjoyed in the past.

I felt disappointed that they didn't have any animal protein in the menú, however decidedto give it a chance... and wow absolutely delicious!!

I love coming here! The food is always so fresh and tasty! Perfect for anyone that’s dairy free and I love that! The server Tay is so sweet and kind and made me an amazing smoothie :)

Loved this branch of Fresh in Sherway Gardens. Everything was perfect for a rainy evening. The decor, the food, and the wonderful server who asked us if we had dietary restrictions, made our coffee time so special. What I liked about this restaurant is that it serves vegan food which is healthy and extremely tasty. It is not heavily priced either. They use good ingredients that fuel the body. A must visit for people looking for healthy choices while eating out.

August 16,2025 stopped by for take out, first impression great place. The girl who took our order never once smiled looked upset, my review is not to get her in trouble but for her to be better trainned. I saw her drop a container with what I assumed was salad on the floor which landed on the lid part, she picked it up and put it inside the bag then gave it to the person who was there for take out. I think she should of changed the lid or at leaset wipe it with a paper towel or cloth. She also kept on touching her hair, it was a really not so nice thing to see (long pink and unkept ) if it bothers you so much put it in a clip or pony tail so it's out of your way. We don't always know what goes on inside the kitchen and how our food is cooked or what is put into it but at least when there are customers around try and be a little more clean and jovial so people like me won't write negative reviews.

I’ve been to Fresh several times and always had a great experience! Their menu is extensive and everything I’ve tried has been delicious. I highly recommend going for their Happy Hour because the prices are very reasonable! The Sherway location is spacious and beautiful ambiance. Indoor and patio seating. They also offer brunch on weekends and free dessert on your birthday!

Tne protein bowl here is a must. This dish is so full of tasty surprises. With tempeh and tofu leading the bowl and nuts!! And everything else it’s just the best. The folks are friendly and place is clean!!

Lots of restaurants offer vegan options which means its an add on with limited selection. Here is one that gets plant based foods. The bowls are my go to selection if you are looking for a decent meal. I'm tired of eating just salads or having a mushroom as an entree. They offer a large selection from soups, starters, main courses and lots of smoothies and other plant based drinks. Updated from previous review on 2025-06-23

I’m not sure if there’s been a change in ownership or management, but it was a terrible experience compared to the last time - which had been great!. Service was so bad it was almost comedic - I think she was watching tv in between having to serve customers. You could see her through the glass. No manners, not pleasant at all. Food consisted of smaller portions; some of it was cold and some overcooked. She didn’t even bother bringing water until over halfway through our meal after we asked. It took forever to get anything. She didn’t bother to see if the food was ok or we needed anything so we had to flag them down. Food wasn’t nearly as good. Not sure we’d bother making the drive there again.

SIMPLY MINDBOOGLING - how a place serving healthy food, healthy options catering to a specific market, doesn’t have GF buns. This is like a pizza shop not having tomato sauce. 🤣 Know your target customer - easy common sense decision here.
