I had such a great experience at this Freshii! The staff were friendly, my order was prepared quickly, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The Buddha’s Satay bowl, Oaxaca burrito and smoothies are my go-to. Highly recommend for a healthy meal on the go.

DO NOT EAT HERE, the food is unsanitary and spoiled.
I watched the worker wearing gloves handle the food to put in my bowl, then use the same gloved hands to use the cash register, and then GO BACK TO GRABBING MORE VEGGIES OUT OF A WATERY CONTAINER. I am genuinely horrified and disgusted.
The cucumbers and kale were completely dried out, the corn and beans were sour and spoiled.
When I got a refund and I was trying to throw out my bowl, the manager came out, stopped me and took my bowl away. I don't know what he was doing with it, but I will never eat here again, and I advise you not to either.

My dish arrived lukewarm, and the texture was off, like it had been sitting out too long. For the price, I expected way better quality. Service was fine, but it didn’t make up for the food. The tuna had gone bad.
Ordered a shrimp poke bowl. The shrimp was flacid and moldy. The avocado was not ripe. The bowl had juice at the bottom.
Horrible experience 🤮 told the worker and he just said sorry.

Usually this freshii is a hit but Monday July 7 was a miss. I ordered a poke bowl and a salad for UberEats delivery (dinner time)
Feedback for whomever put my order together is that they used WAY too much dressing on both. It distracted from the ingredients with the poke but more disappointing was that the soggy salad was inedible. (Barely any chicken either, didn’t want to muck about through the lettuce just to pick out the scraps) Ended up tossing the whole salad after one bite. Please hold back on the dressing!

I visited this place for the first time, and the staff member named Heeth was incredibly kind and helpful. He took the time to explain the different items on the menu and their flavors, which really helped me choose my meal. He prepared a delicious buffalo chicken bowl and a tofu wrap. Although the wrap was initially cold, he quickly apologized and heated it up for me when I asked. The respect and excellent service I received as a customer were truly impressive. I highly recommend this place not just for the great food, but also for the wonderful staff who truly value their customers.
