I order for pick up here regularly. The food is Alway exactly how I ordered it, nothing is ever missing, the meal is Always ready for pick up when it is supposed to be. The staff is always professional and courteous. Other than too basic a decor, this is an excellent well run franchise that I would and do recommend to others.

I recently visited Freshii after hearing about the change in ownership, and I must say, the improvements in both food quality and service are noticeable and impressive. The new owners have clearly taken steps to elevate the overall experience, and it shows in every aspect of the restaurant. I'll definitely be returning and recommending it to friends and family. Great job to the new team-keep up the fantastic work!
I paid for chicken to be added to my order, an extra $2.99. I received MAYBE 30g of chicken... 6 of the TINIEST pieces you can imagine. $23 for this?! Never again. If you can't make a proper meal at these prices, be honest and increase it. If it's too expensive for someone, fine. It's better than so being hungry after a meal and feeling ripped off.

Had a work lunch crisis where we didn’t order enough food for our crew. I got sent out to freshii to get the remaining 20 lunches for people. The worker here was so patient and kind while I had to make 4 other transactions!

Not fresh 2nd time here and confirmed yet again that their food ingredients are not fresh. Tastes spoiled. Fall menu cauliflower bowl. Very disappointed as the bowl is not cheap! Too much $$$ for spoiled ingredients. Do better!

The store hours are never accurate. I just went right now and they put a hand written note saying they are closing early for the holiday season and it’s Dec 21st. This is ridiculous they are never open.
