Tiny restaurant, amazing food, huge plates, nice staff. Went with a 1 and 4 year old, love the place. So much food we had to bring some home. Also grilled calamari is awesome and chicken souvlaki is tender and juicy.

The food we ordered was tasty good but the menu prices left a bad taste . Why have menu prices printed yet when you go to pay they are increased 15% if you do not pay with cash ?? A first for me . Double checked the menu and no mention of cash pricing ?? Eat well bring cash !!

George the Greek is a hidden gem for quick, authentic Greek eats. With limited seating inside and only street parking, it’s best for takeout — but the food makes it more than worth the trip. The gyro is loaded, the tzatziki is fresh and garlicky, and the spanakopita tastes homemade. Everything’s made to order, and the portions are generous for the price. Service is fast, friendly, and no-nonsense — just how a great takeout spot should be.

On the positive side, the food is delicious. I saw a short, thin guy cook wearing a cap, and he seemed so professional. He did a wonderful job delivering delicious food without taking too long. The staff was nice. The decoration of the place is exquisite. On the negative side, the place is very small. Definitely don't expect to have a pleasant after-dinner moment. We were offered the check without asking for it, which is understandable in a restaurant with quite a few tables. On the plate, you get too much rice and salad and a small piece of meat (I ordered a lamb souvlaki). The man’s room was out of order, which was rather inconvenient. I have also read a couple of negative reviews, and the owner seems rather intolerant and aggressive when responding to comments. All in all, for me and my family, the food was tasty and the prices fair. It may be a good option to buy food to go.

We have used George The Greek regularly over the last several years for take-out meals on Friday. Whether it is chicken souvlaki, pork chops, steak or burgers, the food is always done to perfection and the service is always fantastic. Plus, when I bring my kids along they treat them to a lollipop!

GEORGE THE GREEK!!! These guys came through big time for us. We had a catering order for 100 people, the food was fantastic, the service was great. They delivered and help setup. Honestly couldn’t have been any better.
