We come all the way from Georgetown to eat the gyro dinner here! Everytime I order from here the food is always cooked to perfection. The taste of even the salad is the best I have tried. Keep up the great work. My next step will be to try the breakfast as the prices are very fair. Always generously portioned and always tastes great!
I will not order from them again. Uber Eats order for Easter celebration and it was buy one get one free. I placed the order and apparently you’re supposed to put quantity 2 to get the free one. I’ve ordered from Uber so many times and if you order one you get one free. You don’t order 2 to get the free one. Manager was extremely rude and hung up on me on the phone. Food was mediocre and the rice was not Greek style. You can see from the responses on google their outlook on resolving customer complaints. They’re defensive and argumentative rather than trying to see that you’re a family just trying to have enough food for your dinner party. They are not putting clients first.

I used Uber Eats, and obviously didn’t eat out there so I’m not in a position to rate the service. However, specific instructions were put in place prior to the order and they were not followed through. To top it all, I don’t think George is Greek since the food was quite mediocre. George must have been “canadianized”. The rice was not cooked and the dollar store bbq sauce was horrendous. Needless to say, the food was trash. Highly disappointed.
They said 20 min then 30 min later they started our order. Burger was cold & all the condiments you could possibly think off just slopped on when i specifically requested condiments on the side. The fries brown soggy & just gross. I honestly do not understand why anyone would eat here. What an epic disappointment. Atleast we got our refund that was good.

Sadly, gone are the days when the food served here was something to look forward to. Before the pandemic, anything you ordered was so good.After a few years of wanting to come back, I did, and was a bit disappointed. The food was meh. Lamb was hard, rice was dry and tasteless, potatoes were bland (and for some reason seemed to be dyed super yellow), and salad was average. Portions were very decent, but the prices are now significantly higher (as every other restaurant).The guy in charge - had never seen him before, I assume was the son - greeted us with a smile. He was nice, but didn’t really stress much when our food, two simple dishes, took more than half hour to come when the restaurant wasn’t busy at all.I feel sad, because I really wanted this place to continue being a neighbourhood institution. In the future, I’ll just go to a mall food court for greek. It’ll be cheaper, faster and probably better.
