Best service I’ll come back again
20 minutes to make waffles is baffling.
Tip: If your new employee can't make it the first time, thats fine, but you need to make the 2nd one for them so the customer isn't waiting long.
This is why I stopped tipping before service.
Not giving it 1 star only because previous experiences at this location (during the day) were great.

I always have a great experience at Gong Cha, The service is fast and friendly. I ordered a brown sugar milk tea and it was delicious perfectly sweet and really refreshing. Perfect after a tiring long day.
This location never fails to impress me. 100% reccomend!
Mango smoothie is literally ice and syrup. Then they made my drink wrong and instead of making it over they poured it in a cup upside down. NEVER AGAIN!
I even showed the official app to the staff about the free upgrade size promotion. And on store ads screens Aug 11, 2025 She still said a fee was required for the upgrade size.
Pearl milk tea soooo good here.

Best bubble tea in town.
Totally couldn’t accept that the pearl cooked and put more than two hours. As a Taiwanese the bubble tastes really weird!
