I always have a great experience at Gong Cha, The service is fast and friendly. I ordered a brown sugar milk tea and it was delicious perfectly sweet and really refreshing. Perfect after a tiring long day.
I’ve been coming here for months and I’m always impressed. The team is professional and welcoming, the place is spotless, and the service is outstanding. They really go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. Definitely a gem in the area!

Tip: If your new employee can't make it the first time, thats fine, but you need to make the 2nd one for them so the customer isn't waiting long.
This is why I stopped tipping before service.
