Gourmet food had great food in the past. Recently quality of food is dropping. Not only that you order food of your choice, when you go home and open your food box, totally something else. I also noticed every cashier charges different prices, always trying to charge higher then the manue price. š±š±š±š°š°š°š° EVERY DAY THE KEEP CHARGING EXTRA IF YOU DON'T WATCH YOUR BELLL!!

Bought the chow mein noodles from here and it had chicken and vegetables at the top and the bottom was supposed to be noodles, but when we opened it the noodles were RAW. Like i mean full on raw noodles seemed like they were right out of a package and didnāt even touch hot water or steam, they were literally uncooked, raw, crunchy, noodles straight out of a packā¦.

Iāve been coming roughly 10yrs & food came out under 10 min which the service has always been amazing but this is My 3rd time ordering spicy Thai noodles & the noodles are dry & not as good & spicy as they use to be. Iām truly grateful for the wonderful experience I had at this restaurant. I cancelled my Uber Eats order immediately after placing it because the delivery address was incorrect. Despite cancelling right away, Uber still charged my credit card and made no effort to refund the payment. I contacted the restaurant directly and spoke with Dae from Chinese Gourmet Express. I was honestly blown away by his kindness and professionalism. He offered two options: either to refund me via e-transfer (minus the Uber service charge), or to personally remake and deliver the same order to the correct address. That level of care, generosity, and customer service is incredibly rare. Dae went above and beyond to make things right even though the issue was not the restaurantās fault. And the food absolutely exceptional. Fresh, flavorful, and made with real quality it exceeded all expectations. Thank you, Dae, for turning a frustrating situation into a truly positive experience. Youāve earned my loyalty, and Iāll be highly recommending Chinese Gourmet Express to everyone I know.

I recently ordered food from this restaurant and was extremely disappointed. They sent rice that had a strong burnt smell and taste ā clearly overcooked or smoked unintentionally. It was honestly awful. It felt like they noticed the rice was burned and decided to send it anyway, which is unacceptable for any food service.
This kind of oversight shows a real lack of care for the customer experience. What an awkward and unpleasant situation. I wonāt be ordering from here again.
