Customer service is a big thing when you have and run a business. There is ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever. I had been going here for years even recommended them to my friends from out of town. That will not be the case going forward. Being rude to paying customers is unacceptable in 2024. Will not be recommending nor going back here. Now I see why there are so many people complaining about them. If you do not want to provide good customer service or customer service at all, then you should not be in ANY FORM OF SERVICE INDUSTRY!!!!!!

The owner is extremely rude and very disrespectful. First few times, just thought she was having a bad day but all my 5 visits to her store were all very bad experiences.Her Sunday store hrs on Google indicated she's open at 9am. Drove 45 mins to get to her store and it was still not opened at 11:30am. Called phone number and very rudely she answers the phone. I asked her if she's open today and her timing. She didn't answer my question but aggressively said, "WHAT do you want?" I told her I want some patties and she rudely said to me, "ok so I'll be there in 20 mins. You'll just have to wait" and then she hung up on me right away.This lady have zero customer service skills. Extremely unfriendly and she doesn't even have a smile on her face when you're in her store.Another time I asked her if she makes the patties herself, you know, just some friendly small talk. The lady insultingly said to me, "what kind of question is that? I sell the patties!"I do not recommend anyone to support this business especially in Toronto, when you have a vast variety of food options, why tolerate people's behavior like this and give them your money!

So this place is officially dead.$25 for a frozen box of patties ?Nope that's it. Miss Grace these kids have ruined you great name. Poor quality poor manners sky hight prices and never a hot dozen any more. they do not like this buisness now that they have to actually work on it for it in it. Sad Greedy ungrateful.

I used to go to this party place as a child and want to experience some nostalgia and I was extremely disappointed. I gave 2 stars because the party crust tastes the same as I remembered as a child but the quality of the patty was garbage. There was more crust than filling and the place is extremely outdated. The lady at the counter was rude I said hi when I entered and she didn’t even look up or acknowledge me. Overall just a disappointing experience.
Best patties in the area hands down. I bought 3 patties and she gave me 4. Didn't even realize it until I got home. Amazing.

Excellent patties!I had this place saved on my phone for a very long time and I finally got to try it. I tried one spicy beef patty... It's got some nice heat. I later bought a box of frozen ones to take home and the lady was so nice she gave me a chicken patty to try... It was jerk chicken patty... So good!

Poor Service - this place is never opened at the posted times. The don’t care attitude of the lady working there adds to the further disappointment.Poor quality - the Pattie’s seem to be more crust than filling nowadays, and less fresh tasting.After multiple opportunities, I will no longer be returning to this establishment, nor recommending it to anyone I know.

I don't think they actually like to cook, and it shows in the low quality of their food. Every time you go there she barely has anything available.I went there four separate times over a two week period to order a dozen patties, and she says it's only available after 5pm. I don't eat beef, so I am limited to what I can order. And sure enough, no chicken or veggie or anything else is available.But every day your shop is open from 9am-7pm...how do you only have food available at 5pm if you're going to close in 2 hours from then anyways?She says she has frozen patties and offers to sell you those. So I am sure those are pre-made well in advance and it's the same frozen patties she's heating up everyday to sell. If that's the case, what are you busy doing from 9:00 in the morning that you can never sell a customer the food they want if they visit at 2pm?If I wanted frozen patties I would of gone to the grocery store. I don't know what goes on behind the scenes, but I would love to support this small business if they get their act together and be professional.
