Halibut House Fish & Chips, Homestyle Breakfast available until 2pm

My wife and I often come to halibut house lakeshore for dinner and special occasions. We have always been greeted warmly and pleasantly. We came for dinner for my wife's birthday and had the most excellent and enjoyable dinner. Luann was our server and was one of the most professional and efficient servers we've had anywhere. She's always so friendly and helpful and always suggests options for us to try. Always comes around to see if we want refills on coffee or drinks. The food was prepared to perfection. Salads were fresh and crisp, fries were amazing and the fish was wonderful. Batter was light and not greasy. We had an excellent meal and always enjoy Luann's service.

Was told the halibut I ordered was large but it was not. I asked for half of the fries usually served but that was a large serving. I guess that is supposed to make up for the small fish amount, way overpriced at $28.40

two 13$ meals of 1extra piece of fish turned into A 72 dollar meal.Very unimpressed , tried to call in unable to get a hold of manager till apparently , tomorrow morning will not be back in .. been going there for like ten years.. could not believe this happened

Absolutely fantastic! The service was excellent, and the food was incredibly fresh. The fish was cooked to perfection, and the potatoes tasted so fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

The fish portion was not bad but they didn't include any salt nor were the fish and chips salted. Didnt notice until we opened the bag up at home. For the price, I would expect more from this place.

We are regular customers at Halibut House Lakeshore and come here for dinner almost every week. The fries are always fresh, which keeps us coming back! Today we came as usual on Fish & Chips day, and since the restaurant was almost full, we expected the service and food quality might be a bit lower than usual. But to our surprise, everything was excellent—well organized, quick service, hot and delicious food, half price and very friendly servers. Our family truly enjoyed the meal and finished every bite on our plates. Great job as always!

I had dinner at a cost of 36.00$ for 2 people only not to be able to finish, the haddock was thin and not very good at all, I could not finish 25% of meal due to fish batter being very hard to eat, the fries were better than the fish, will not go there again was expecting better for almost 40$, SO I hope I may speck freely as I was not happy and woke with a bad belly do to all the oil.
