I had a fairly mediocre experience at Harry’s. Service initially seemed good, but I was charged $21.50 for a regular cocktail, which the waiter had assured me would be $18 (and they don’t provide a drink list!). The fries were super disappointing and not interesting -- I was told they’d be thicker, but they were just plain and uninspired. The steak was supposed to be seasoned in a Barberians steak spice, yet it tasted pretty bland overall, aside from the nice char and umami...
I’ll start with the steak. Mine was outstanding - maybe one of the best I’ve ever had in the city. So, thank you for the great Birthday steak. And by all accounts, the other steaks at the table were also very good. Caesar salad and the French onion soup, also great. Baked potato was meh - your typical steakhouse tater - they can do better, but don’t try.

The ambiance is nice, service is good & food good. This Restaurant is small & makes for a great intimate night out ( its the old Black Angus which moved to Shipp Center across street ).
