Donuts were over fried, no one at the front. Food takes forever to be made because there’s only 1 person working the kitchen.

We used the drive thru last night and ordered Swiss Chalet. It had been a long hard day and just wanted some comfort food. The girl who took order, Steffy was awesome. Just a great positive young lady. Very polite too. However, our order was cold and we had requested that both festive meals have sweet potato fries. When we got home, one order had sweet potato fries, the other, onion rings. The chicken had some hard spots and the food was cold. We were very disappointed to say the least. Guess we should have just had some soup at home. Why would you want me to do a survey? The truth is written above. It's not like doing a survey is going to change the facts or benefit me in any which way. You have lost my family as customers PERIOD!

All their items are amazing from burger to chicken strips and poutine all are juicy. Freshly made and filling staff are nice

Service was OK, food pretty standard. No surprises which is good. My only complaint would be that I hate the diced onions as they always fall out of my burger would much better prefer sliced onions.
Normally, I would not write a review but when you go into an establishment for the second time and someone is picking their nose, so here’s what happened first time I was in there the lady cooking the burgers picking her nose no gloves on my she touched my hamburger. I didn’t accept it. I took my money back. Now for my second experience, I was ordering my food. The gentleman in the front picked his nose and took my money. I didn’t think anything of it. I took my change. I waited as he walked past the condiments. He stuck his finger so far up his nose. he then grabbed the gloves they have to wear, tried to put them on and then asked me what I would like on the bun. If you have something stuck in your nose, please walk to the washroom, clean your nose wash your hands and then come back and serve the customers. As for that, I took my money back and to be honest, I will never go back to this restaurant ever again or order any food from
