I have had a wonderful experience. I would say it's the best bakery in the city of Toronto .I really like there affordable prices, great customer service and the quality pastries.
This place is usually wonderful and the customer service is excellent except today. I walked in and placed the first half of my order and the gentleman serving was helpful. Then he was pulled away to be berated by a colleague for an apparent mistake on another individual's order. After hearing a staffer get berated in front of me by another colleague I have no interest in continuing my purchase. This could gave waited until after my purchase was done and behind the scenes...
Went to grab some desserts to go with a dinner pick up across the street. Food is good but was not impressed having four people who came after me served before me. It was empty when I was in there and said I just needed a second. Was not told to take a number. Got in line behind a lady paying. A crowd came in and another employee said to take a number so everyone went and I was last to get there. Now everyone who came after me got to order before me, and when I brought it up...
