We said no spice, the first place ive eaten spicy rice and beans. Little to no meat. Deep fryer broken, no seafood in stock.

Came here on a weekday 25 minutes before closing. When I came in the door, the girl working the shop informed me that she was closing early, that her manager had said it was okay for her to close up because she had to travel to another city. As someone who has worked in customer service for a long time, I truly believe this is not the proper way to run a business. After complaining, she said she would make anything for me if I still wanted it. I should have said no and left but I was so hungry and drove about 20 minutes to get here, excited to try their burritos for the first time. So I ordered one large and one medium sized burrito for my boyfriend and I but both ended up being the exact same size. The girl was in such a hurry making the burritos, asking me what toppings I wanted on the second burrito while still doing toppings for the first. I was already having a bad day and upset from the initial encounter so I wasn’t paying attention to the toppings she actually put on the second one and didnt realized until I got home and started eating it, that she messed it up completely. I also found it strange that the butter chicken was scooped from a container in the fridge and placed directly on the burrito cold. When my food was ready, the girl apologized profusely for the situation, as did I. But honestly, as my first time trying this place, the experience truly was terrible. The food probably would have been delicious, had I not been given toppings that I hated.

Idk how this place has such high reviews. Ordered nachos with the Jerk Chicken, Jerk chicken is ice cold, cheese isn’t melted at all. We also got a slice of cheesecake and it’s a frozen brick.

The inside of the restaurant also smells like old grease and oil.

I have been here many time and the food and service has always been topnotch. The veggies they used are always fresh the food is filling. And the service here never disappoints Harman is really sweet and always help me go through the menu and always give the best service.
