Hub Burritos & Paletta (Gelato & Vegan Sorbet)

Ordered from this place because I had guests over with their kids.
The restaurant forgot, rather, did not handover an entire order to the delivery personnel.
The owner did advise that the order would be delivered later in 15 mins, but did not update that there was a delay in delivering the latter of the order. It is only when I asked for an update, that he told me it’ll be delayed.
Unfortunately, my guests had to leave since their kids were hungry.
The owner did send complimentary cheesecake and a coke, the cheesecake was supposed to be part of my order anyway because it was part of the promotion on uber eats.
The owner also mentioned he would send me a video recording to prove the bag was handed over to the driver, but instead, he sent me a screenshot that didn’t make any sense, rather didn’t act as proof.
Guys, just putting this out there to safeguard the Uber Eats drivers, some restaurants try to take advantage of innocent uber drivers by holding them liable for incorrect order deliveries etc, but if you look at this case, it’s the restaurants fault altogether!
Would never order from a restaurant that blames the Uber Eats delivery guys for their mistakes!

I ordered my burritos and milkshake about 12:40pm. But after 30min when I went there, it was closed and lights were off. They didnt get my phone calls and no one in there at the moment. I ruined my lunch time.

The system sends me the message at 1:40 and meal ready at 2:10pm. I saw the message about 2:35pm and go right away to the store.

I asked for refund but staff said no. I know he is just work there, said sorry and can't do anything. I decided not to argue with him and left.

But my burrito was cold, milkshake was melted. I spend 28$ and didnt get proper service. They should close the system or send me a message if they can't confirm the order. Even when I get there, they should've make me new one AT LEAST.

Great veggie burrito and beef burrito.
Everything was delish and the flavors were well balanced.
Will be back next time we're in the area.

Dont know why they compromise on quality if it is a uber order, its been long time I am having burritos from different places here. This is the worst till date. The amount veggies they have put it in is terrible. Absolute waste of money and time.

Ordered large churos, they were not fried properly and the quantity for large container was too less and very less Nutella was given with that. The staff was very friendly, the only star I am giving is for the staff
Would definitely not recommend the place

I was the first person to try the fiesta burger and it was an 8/10 I was provided with great service by Aryan who greeted me as soon as I entered the restaurant and the overall vibe of the restaurant was very open and refreshing
