I was at this Steeles lounge on Sunday Sept 1st 24 and I had the Abacha, Yam porridge and Nkwobi but unfortunately the Abacha was nothing near the taste of Abacha with a mix of soggy and hard cassava. I only ate the fish on it and complained to the attendant who said she was going to notify the kitchen as if my bill for it was gonna be slashed or discounted but nothing. The Nkwobi, on the other hand, was never near what I know as Nkwobi, my wife can even make better one than what was sold in the restaurant. After my complaint, this people collected their money in full as typically known for naija people and businesses. Satisfied or not, e no concern them, their money must complete. I have been to the other location in the past and their service was crap though I did not eventually make any order then. But this particular one, I have had Abacha and Nkwobi there before and I loved it hence my return to give my wife a treat but we were disappointed. And they collect their money shake yansh without asking why I didn't finished my food. Good service by the attendant but what is good about the service with poor product.

Ordered wings that came with a side of fries. I had the option of ordering either plantain fries, sweet potato fries or regular fries. The plantain fries were old, dried out and basically not edible. When I asked to take them back and exchange it for another one of the sides, I was told I would have to pay for a new side. Unbelievable! I ended up just requesting that the plantain fries be taken off the bill. I am still hungry, but the already overpriced meal just isn't worth the headache. Too bad. The place has a lot of potential, but the service leaves much to be desired!
