The sushi and sashimi dinner package is praised for its quality, especially the white tuna and salmon sashimi. The restaurant also provides great value with tasty sushi options like the spider roll and black tiger roll. This is probably one of the best sushi places in town. Fresh. They also have the small rolls format options that were missed before rolls became these gigantic pieces. Little family run spots like this feel like they’re getting harder to find these days. Take out was carefully packed, pickup process was friendly and quick, food was delish & good value for the price. Tokyo Sushi was really impressed with the overall quality and presentation. The salmon, tuna, unagi, and scallop sushi, along with an order of tempura, were tried. Each piece of sushi was fresh and well-prepared—the salmon and tuna were buttery and smooth, the unagi had just the right amount of sweet glaze, and the scallop was delicate and sweet. The rice was seasoned well and held together perfectly. The tempura was light and crispy without being greasy, and the assortment included a nice mix of shrimp and vegetables. Everything was neatly packaged and arrived in great condition. Overall, a solid experience with fresh ingredients and attention to detail.
