I visited here for the first time given the high ratings.
I ordered the boneless chicken roti. After what seems like 20 questions to confirm that I really want a boneless chicken roti, and not curry chicken with a side of dhalphourie, my order went through.
I had to ask the cashier point blank if he was sure this was a WI shop. I have never had to jump through so many hoops to get a roti.
Only to be gravely disappointed with a very bland, tasteless, uninspired wrap. Not authentic in the least. I really suspect an east Indian hand somewhere in here.
If the owners are really from Trinidad, you have to make sure your people are following the recipe and process.
If this is truly representative of your recipe and process, then this is not the Trini roti I know and love. Not even close.
For the price, just under$20, absolutely not worth it.
Hundreds can't be wrong. I will trust it was an off day and will give it another try. One desperate future day when I'm in the area. Maybe.

I finally found a place that has doubles comparable to the ones back home! Not only is it full of flavor, but it's full of channa and the bara is a very generous size too. Owners & workers are very nice and the prices are reasonable. Best Trini food ever hands down! I drive all the way from Brampton to get food here b/c it's so worth it. I've tried their roti and goat, polourie and it's spot on too. They are the best. I highly recommend Indar's.

Came here for lunch and had the goat roti and a double. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! I will be back again. The Roti had a good amount of goat meat. The flavor was perfect. The doubles are the best I've ever had. It was so good I forgot to take a picture.
We always have a delicious belly full every time we visit indars. The bake and shark is to die for! The humongous wraps and doubles never disappoint! Thank you! Def 5 stars 🌟 king
