Was looking for a Canadian company who makes flavored coffee and found this! I ordered Neopolatin and Chocolate Raspberry, having my first few sips of Neopolaton and I'm very impressed! Very fresh and so tasty!! Will be buying more!
Fantastic service and excellent coffee. I enjoy Bravado espresso beans.
Free delivery with minimum purchase.
Super nice people. All I can say is give them a shot, won't disappoint.

Love this coffee. It was smooth and exceptional tasting. We tried several brands of coffee but always come back to Java Works Coffee. We have tried the Caramel Macchiato the chocolate Rasberry and the Vanilla Buttetcream not to mention the pumpkin spice that we are going to buy now for the fall. The price point is very very good for this quality of coffee..Would highly recommend Java to anyone who really enjoys coffee.
Was cut off by your van on Hurontario, weaving in and out of traffic. Keep it professional
Vanilla Buttercream has to be the best flavoured coffee out there! We've tried their other flavours and enjoyed them very much. The staff and owner are very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Give them a try!

Spectacular coffe, smooth and delicious blends. Only coffee I drink. The quality is remarkable
I bought from their website for the first time after trying their English Toffee flavored coffee from Amazon (really great coffee flavor), as I saw they have 2 lb bulk bags of coffee, instead of just the small 12 oz bags. I ordered some bulk bags of coffee on a weekend (just recently got into making cold-brew coffee at home), so understandably my order was not "shipped" until Monday. What is surprising to me, is that some business days have already gone by and there is NO sign of my order being delivered (it should have already gotten here by now if it was shipped on Monday, not like Ontario is that far away from QC - most standard shipping takes 2-3 business days max from ON to QC). Reviews suggested that Java Works is speedy on both shipping and on delivering orders, often within a few business days - so of course I was hoping for the same speedy delivery for my order. However, I checked the tracking today (Friday now) and it is STILL stuck on "label created" - the carrier is keeping the package unscanned and it's being held hostage in their office, instead of delivering to me like they're supposed to.EDIT: I did hear back after emailing java works contact email that they will look into why the package is not moving/no updates on tracking, and if no luck working with the carrier, then they would reship my order.EDIT 2: The Java works customer support team did an excellent job in resolving the issue with me. They got the carrier to finally scan in the package and once it finally got moving, it was delivered in about 2 business days (though took around 7-8 business days total due to the carrier error). Java works also gave me a bonus for the trouble, which I really appreciated.
Got wrong order. Emailed them, 2 days later no reply so I called them. The toll free line is not working so I called using the long distance line, got transferred to a mailbox. Left message. No reply yet. Lousy after sales service! correction: I got an email back with apologies for delay in responding and all was resolved in a very satisfying result for me. Thanks a million.
I really liked the 12 oz bag of English Toffee flavored coffee I bought on Amazon and wanted to buy bulk size so I could make batches of cold-brew coffee at home. I was glad to see they offered larger 2 lbs bags directly on their website so I decided to order some after seeing reviews of speedy shipping and speedy delivery. My shipment unfortunately got stuck without moving for a week (carrier left it sitting in their office unscanned, no fault of Java Works) and I was disappointed initially. However, after I reached out, the Java Works support team did go above and beyond to make things right with me. They contacted the carrier to look into the stuck package and gave me a bonus for the trouble. Once the package was finally scanned in and moving, it delivered to me in about 2 business days (though in total took 7-8 business days, due to carrier error).

Restaurantji Recommends
Had it at a restaurant. Excellent!
I bought 3 varieties (Metropolitan, Peru and Sumatra). None of the packages indicated a roast date, not even an expiry date like the less expensive grocery brands. The Metro blend didn't seem all that fresh, not stale, but definitely not Muldoon's Coffee fresh (my regular coffee supplier). There were quite a few quakers in the Metro blend, less so for the other two varieties, where the bean quality was definitely much better. Both the Metro blend and the Peru products should be considered light coffee, with the Samatra leaning towards dark. If you like the Metro blend, save yourself a boat load of money and buy cheap Eight O'Clock Coffee, sadly, you won't be able to tell the difference and it's less than half the price! This was a $50 mistake, one that I will not be repeating ever again. I'm very disappointed with my purchase and the overall quality of the products I received. If you want ridiculously fresh coffee at an equivalent price shop at Muldoon's Coffee, you'll be glad you did.Follow up: Thanks for the reply, I really appreciate it. I can guarantee you that none of the bags I received had any date on them, bottom, top, side, front, back, nothing. Either it fell off the bag or someone forgot to label them.

Javaworks has consistently prepared delicious coffee paired with exemplary customer service. They are quick, responsive and they stand by the quality of their products.
Amended review, as per request.Coffee products are very good, but shipping makes it not worthwhile (granted, that's on Canada Posts exorbitant fees) -- will eagerly await free-shipping promotion.3stars due to poor store hours. Even a morning pickup window on the weekend would help.
The only place I buy my coffee from now! It is the best quality coffee I have ever had, specifically their flavoured coffees. They are not the classic artificial flavour taste many flavoured coffees have, they are flavourful but subtle at the same time. I don’t live very near them but I order it anyways since nothing else compares! Highly recommend the canadian maple, it is my favourite :)
