Ordered a bag of their Maple flavoured coffee from Amazon. I received Hazlenut instead. When I contacted them for a return, they promised a shipping label. It's been nearly 3 months and I haven't received the label, or any attempt to make things right.

So I've been to they're roasting house to pick up coffee and all the people there were super friendly. They grinded my coffee for me and the owner was very friendly. I stumbled avoid they're coffee on Amazon and was absolutely floored when I tried the Hazelnut Cinnamon coffee. Literally the best I've ever had. It's so good I keeps sending care packages of it to my friends in Florida who are now in love with it too. Family owned and operated a Canadian success story. Please support this roasting house as they deliver quality and customer service, consistently!

Love this coffee. It was smooth and exceptional tasting. We tried several brands of coffee but always come back to Java Works Coffee. We have tried the Caramel Macchiato the chocolate Rasberry and the Vanilla Buttetcream not to mention the pumpkin spice that we are going to buy now for the fall. The price point is very very good for this quality of coffee..Would highly recommend Java to anyone who really enjoys coffee.

I bought from their website for the first time after trying their English Toffee flavored coffee from Amazon (really great coffee flavor), as I saw they have 2 lb bulk bags of coffee, instead of just the small 12 oz bags. I ordered some bulk bags of coffee on a weekend (just recently got into making cold-brew coffee at home), so understandably my order was not "shipped" until Monday. What is surprising to me, is that some business days have already gone by and there is NO sign of my order being delivered (it should have already gotten here by now if it was shipped on Monday, not like Ontario is that far away from QC - most standard shipping takes 2-3 business days max from ON to QC). Reviews suggested that Java Works is speedy on both shipping and on delivering orders, often within a few business days - so of course I was hoping for the same speedy delivery for my order. However, I checked the tracking today (Friday now) and it is STILL stuck on "label created" - the carrier is keeping the package unscanned and it's being held hostage in their office, instead of delivering to me like they're supposed to.EDIT: I did hear back after emailing java works contact email that they will look into why the package is not moving/no updates on tracking, and if no luck working with the carrier, then they would reship my order.EDIT 2: The Java works customer support team did an excellent job in resolving the issue with me. They got the carrier to finally scan in the package and once it finally got moving, it was delivered in about 2 business days (though took around 7-8 business days total due to the carrier error). Java works also gave me a bonus for the trouble, which I really appreciated.

No reply yet. Lousy after sales service! correction: I got an email back with apologies for delay in responding and all was resolved in a very satisfying result for me. Thanks a million.
