Great place to stop and grab a bite.
Clean, staff was friendly and the food was so fresh and amazing.
The bread, omg it was so so soft and fresh.
A bit on the pricey side but extremely worth it. Way better than subway, Mr.sub and even jersey mikes.
5 star review hands down.

The manager of this establishment treats his employees poorly and has done the Jimmy John's franchise a disservice. He is the reason this location is doing poorly.

Worst sandwich joint I think I’ve had in years. Severely overpriced!! Staff was not speaking English amongst themselves, service was bad. Will not be coming here again!

We came across this location just by chance so we went in. The first thing is that it was really clean, all tables clean without stains or wrappers/napkins. Ordering was quick, I had the chicken bacon ranch my brother had the buffalo chicken. The staff were very polite and gave us a minute to mull over the menu. Even when we forgot to ask it for take out rather than eat in they quickly changed it. Less than 5 minutes later we had our meals and left saying goodbye. The chicken bacon ranch was really good. It was stuffed with chicken and with a mild amount of heat. The only real negative thing I can say is the prices were high. 2 sandwiches went for close to 50 dollars. But I can’t deny the sandwich tasted great.

I have never had a bad sandwhich at Jimmy John’s….in the USA. Canadian Jimmy Johns is not the same thing. Firstly, grossly overpriced and tiny. A regular in Canada is 6”, in the USA they’re 8”. The bread that makes Jimmy Johns so good just isn’t the same here and the assembly here is sloppy and eerily similar to Subway. Jimmy Johns is my favourite sandwhich shop and I’ve been waiting more than a decade for them to come to Canada but this just isn’t it. Thoroughly disappointed, didn’t even finish my 6 inch imposter.

“Wow — pretty expensive for what you get. The bread doesn’t look very appealing, and the price feels way too high. For $20, you’d expect a much better sub. Compared to Jersey Mike’s, where you get huge sandwiches loaded with meat and real value, this place falls short. Firehouse Subs went downhill after being bought by a large investment firm, and Mr. Sub locations struggle with low sales and tired owners. Subway, at least, stays consistent — not amazing, but generally decent.

If you like a good sub, Hmmm, not sure. I ordered the meatball sub, sadly I could not understand what the order taker was saying but I got it ordered. Unfortunately it was not until later I learned I should have added toppings. Anyway the 12” sub arrived nice and hot. It seem it is a meatball not a meatballs sub. It started ok but quickly became boring. The dog enjoyed the last big. The Mrs has the chicken salad, she also failed on toppings but she said it was tasty. It seemed kinda expensive for what you get $50 for 2 unexciting subs. I think Me. Sub has nothing to worry about. Their meatball is stuffed with meatballs. I had very high hopes but I guess we wont be back.

Friendly knowledgeable staff.
Bread is kinda dense for my liking. But glad to try this place after all the hype of it coming to town.
Calling it a “Large” size drink cup is a bit of a reach. LOL. Was smaller than a McDonald’s medium. Appreciate the self serve refill.
In my opinion…I’d say better than Subway, Quiznos or Firehouse but not as good as Jersey Mike’s or Mr. Sub.

This place could be everything, it unfortunately lacks substance.
My sub had the essence of meat and the majority of the bulk comes from their bread. While the bread is amazing it’s makes up 80% of what you are paying for
While everything tastes amazing it doesn’t satisfy the sub sandwich cravings any near aswell as places that are within walking distance.
If they used quantities of meat similar to firehouse then this place would for sure be worth revisiting!
