I used to have Jimmy John's on the regular when I was in Charlotte, US. This place is great and provides the same taste!!! My review might be biased since I mostly go there for nostalgia but I love the veggie sandwich. It is a little pricy though.

The owner needs to hire more staff. There were only 3 staff and they clearly overwhelmed by the amount of orders - it’s unfair to the employees working there. One employee is forced to keep running between the cash and making sandwiches. The order for a 6 inch sub ended up taking 15-20 mins to make. When I compare this to firehouse in the same plaza that store has 6-7 employees working at a time. This ends up creating a bad employee work environment and slow serving time for...

Bread is kinda dense for my liking. But glad to try this place after all the hype of it coming to town.
Calling it a “Large” size drink cup is a bit of a reach. LOL. Was smaller than a McDonald’s medium. Appreciate the self serve refill.
In my opinion…I’d say better than Subway, Quiznos or Firehouse but not as good as Jersey Mike’s or Mr. Sub.
