The food is really good so really love it but the Filipino lady on the cashier is very rude and always with bad attitude if you care of your clients you don’t want that kind of person working on this delicious place

Jimmy the Greek at Sherway Mall is by far the best location. We have been to many Jimmy’s in other malls and this is by far the best one. We have often left malls with a Jimmy’s and drove to the Sherway location. We eat here every few weeks.
The owner is not shy about food portions. He understands food preparation. You see it in the steam table. Even the salad is nicely prepared along with the souvlaki, rice and potatoes at the right temperature.
If you are at Sherway, I highly recommend Jimmy the Greek!

No complain about the food, the two ladies that served my food were nice also but the filipina lady in the cashier was so rude, she gave me an attitude because I asked for a bag and told me it’s 10cents with an attitude, as if im not gonna pay for it; gave me the bag either way with a mean face. And I noticed that she was nice with other customers and I realized maybe she thinks she can give me that attitude because im a filipino also, so fellow filipino’s beware. Because of 10cents their going to loose me as a customer and all the people that im going to tell this story.

I was at the mall sometime back and I ordered from this place at the food court. I ordered the grilled lamb chops meal and chicken souvlaki. I had finished most of my meal when I found a bug in it. I shared that meal with my husband as well as my 15-month old. I took the meal to the store and they were apologetic and wanted to return my money. They said they “try” to wash their salad well and it’s probably from the salad. How will returning my money help and how will that ensure that this doesn’t happen again! I just can’t believe a food joint serving at a food court at a high end mall like Sherway can have this kind of hygiene standards! I am disgusted! Please make sure you are careful when you order food from here. I know it’s disgusting but I’m sharing pictures as proof. Never coming to this place again! Who will be responsible if all of us, especially my baby, falls sick!

The food is always fresh and the portions are extremely generous. What tops it off is the amazing service from both the front staff and the owner. We use this location to cater food for us for family and friend events and it is always a major hit. I highly recommend it.

I’ve been coming here for as long as I can remember. The staff is always great and this is the only location I’ve found with consistent and great food quality. It may have been a manager that I encountered today and he was appreciative and it shows that this location cares about their customers.
I would give this Jimmy the Greek at Sherway Gardens Mall a ZERO rating if I could. This is by far the stingiest location I've ever had the misfortune of going to, with very rude staff as well. The staff here would literally count the grains of rice that they put in your food, and be very confrontational for basic condiments as well. It is shameful to call this place Jimmy the Greek, as the service is beyond horrendous. When my family and I went to pay for our meals, we noticed other people in line all turning away after noticing how extremely rude the staff here were to us. (Also, I hope that the management reads this, and post a response with concrete, measurable and specific information here on how they will improve, moving forward). Until then, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Instead of telling my friend her card had a error while paying, an employee followed her to her table and took her food out right from in front of her. They only noticed her card hadn't gone through well after they put together her order and sent her on her way.My friend had been waiting all day to break her fast, and this employee decided to choose rudeness instead of kindness. It was a genuine mistake, and this employee really made a point to make my friend feel small when she was just trying to get a meal in after her religious fast.
