I would give this Jimmy the Greek at Sherway Gardens Mall a ZERO rating if I could. This is by far the stingiest location I've ever had the misfortune of going to, with very rude staff as well. The staff here would literally count the grains of rice that they put in your food, and be very confrontational for basic condiments as well. It is shameful to call this place Jimmy the Greek, as the service is beyond horrendous. When my family and I went to pay for our meals, we noticed other people in line all turning away after noticing how extremely rude the staff here were to us. (Also, I hope that the management reads this, and post a response with concrete, measurable and specific information here on how they will improve, moving forward). Until then, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Instead of telling my friend her card had a error while paying, an employee followed her to her table and took her food out right from in front of her. They only noticed her card hadn't gone through well after they put together her order and sent her on her way.My friend had been waiting all day to break her fast, and this employee decided to choose rudeness instead of kindness. It was a genuine mistake, and this employee really made a point to make my friend feel small when she was just trying to get a meal in after her religious fast.

I was over charged. Be careful everyone. My husband and I were very tired and ordered chicken fillet on salad and gyros on rice and potatoes. The cost was about $16 each. So 16×2 +tax. I was charged $47.43. The guy must have notice I was tired and gave us a receipt with the total. My husband want to go back and tell him about the overcharge but I guess it would be waste of time. The receipt is not detailed, just the total.

Someone cut in line and I let them through without hesitation. Bobby (one of the servers) noticed and rewarded me for my kindness, yes extra potatoes and tzatziki! lol it was pretty busy but the servers were quick and so pleasant. The chicken was juicy and the salad was fresh. Check them out on your next visit!

I just had some food here with my family. Spent almost $60. Didn’t finish our food. Asked for 2 plastic bags to take our food to go. The lady was so stingy for 10 cents. I get it everywhere charges for bags but she seen I didn’t have any change and refused to give it to me. Never going to eat there again. It’s not about the 10 cents. Just terrible customer service.
I enjoy their food every time I'm at the mall. Nice portions, veggies are fresh and the food is well spiced. I found that salmon can sometimes be dry but the chicken souvlaki never fails.

Jimmy the Greek is typically a solid franchise option, but I didn't have a great experience here last week when I had lunch at Sherway. Chaotic service and the lineup was disastrously unorganized.We asked for a Greek Salad and they didn't seem to know what that was. We instructed them on how to make a Greek salad and as you can see in the photos below, seems like they're still trying to figure it out. Strange for a Greek place. Had the Gyros myself and the meat was great, but again, just felt and looked slapped together. See pics.I'll skip next time.
