Went here for happy hour with my sister and it was great. Service was awesome and good vibes. Happy hour menu has good variety and then you can walk around the mall after to help digest it all.
I've been to a few different Joey's. This wasn't my first time at this location. But it'll probably be my last. The food was decent. Staff were adequate. We were celebrating a birthday, which I mentioned to our server. I was at a different location a month ago celebrating, and the birthday guest got a free slice of cake. When I asked our server if they did anything special for a birthday guest, the answer was, "Sometimes we do, Sometimes we don't. It depends on the time of year. Sometimes, it's our budget for the restaurant." I guess I was wrong to assume spending $200 on dinner would allow the birthday girl to receive a piece of cake. Even the beer I ordered came with the tip quarter of the glass full of foam. If I'm paying $10 for a beer, the least you can do is fill it up. I won't be back to this location again.

Our family was very disappointed in our dinner today. Our server "Sara C" made us feel extremely unimportant and has ruined our thoughts about Joey Sherway. We were left unattended for long amounts of time. There were substitutes for our drinks and she did not inform us. It was only because I mentioned that something tasted off that another server let me know that they had substituted alcohols in our cocktail. We waited over 15 minutes for a water refill, and she only came over because our cocktails were finished to ask if we'd like another.In regards to the food, the vegan burger recipe has been changed and is no where near what it used to be (my guests opinion), my daughter waited 14 minutes for chili flakes to put on her pasta (Our server said she had to punch it in and it takes time!!), my $63 Ribeye was not hot enough to melt the butter on top of it. Someone else brought our food and Sara came before anyone took a bite and then we didn't see her until she brought the chili flakes 14 min later and then not again until we completed our meal.I wanted to speak to a manager but did not want to make a big deal or stay there any longer. We found a hair in my Daughters salad , yes a long HAIR !! which was a disgust. The female manager came up huge chip on her shoulder , zero skills on how to make this right , speaks like she was better than the job she is doing !! Really !! said we are sorry would you like another salad !! Really never came back the check in server said he was sorry . Check came no I apology and careWe come by here often with my kids … we are done never coming back , you lost 4 customers and my friends as well
My experience at the restaurant for my husband's birthday was unfortunately disappointing. Despite pre-booking and requesting a small lava cake with a candle for the occasion, it wasn't brought out at the designated time. When I inquired about it later, the server brought the bill instead of addressing my request. In addition, when I reminded them again that I pre-ordered a dessert, they brought out a regular dessert without any special note or candle, further detracting from the birthday celebration atmosphere we had hoped for. It was disheartening to have to remind them of my pre-arranged dessert. While they did try to rectify the situation afterwards, the initial disappointment had already soured the evening. Timely service and attention to detail are crucial in creating memorable dining experiences, and unfortunately, this restaurant fell short in that regard.

We have been to joeys several times over the last 6 months and it’s been great every time. The staff are friendly and helpful , location and vibe is great and the food is excellent. Highly recommend the herbed crush salmon, the katsu salad is great and we loved the cauliflower and hummus apprtizers.
