On May 25, 2025, it was our second time at K&B, and just like the first time, everything was great. I read in some reviews that they have a fixed tip of 18%, but that didn't happen to us. We tipped as we pleased, the suggestion on the payment machine was 15%. I noticed that the place was always clean, as were the bathrooms. And the staff was always friendly. That was my experience and that of my family and friends.

The food is great but the staff and management are really bad. They treat you only like a number. Done? Get out. You cannot even relax and drink a tea for five minutes if you’re done eating. They will ask you to leave.

We are coming to this place quite often. However, it’s really heart breaking to see how the service is going down. The food is good, but the service needs big improvements. We went with all you can eat option: first of all - we did not get all food that we ordered ( it seems like they are deciding how much we will be eating by cutting down the order); secondly - it’s very time consuming to wait for the waitress in order to them to confirm order, and lastly - are you guys not tracking the progress of the order? Why we are getting main food after we had a desert and paid the bill? Honestly, the food is good but because of the service I doubt it that we will be back and I won’t be recommending this place any more!

I honestly don't know where to begin. My wife, toddler, and I got sat down by the manager to a table that only had one pair of chopsticks. We asked not one but two servers for a pair of chopsticks before I finally resorted to grabbing one from an empty table.
The experience was not redeemed when the food arrived either. The sushi was overcrowded with rice, the sashimi was barely edible, and the water glasses had stains all over.
Whoever was in charge of the grill swore Kratos-levels of revenge against seasoning. How do you mess up chicken teriyaki?? I could not even swallow the kalbi. Save for the beef teriyaki, all the meat was overcooked.
The green tea ice cream was pretty good. The shrimp tempura was not bad either.

Service staff were friendly and efficient, food was pretty fresh for a AYCE. Ive never seen a limit on tuna sashimi before which I found a bit odd. Chill and welcoming atmosphere. It can get busy so call ahead!
We've been at this location before, and it was great, but it seems things have drastically changed over the years. Quality is not the same, nor is the taste. We ordered off the menu rather than all-you-can-eat, paid $19 for a seafood noodle dish and there were literally only 2 small shrimp in it, remainder was veggies. Also ordered $10 eel roll & there was no eel, just eel sauce & the sushi roll was filled with chopped cucumbers, nothing else. That's just two examples, I can go on, but you get the point. We won't be returning to this establishment when we're in this area. Sadly disappointed with our experience.

Wow, where do I even start? This place had roaches and roach traps like it was a pest convention! Seriously, I didn’t sign up for a creepy crawly dinner show. The service was slower than molasses, and the food? Let’s just say it didn’t impress. Save your money and your appetite—this place is a hard pass! Unless you like extra protein

Everyone NEEDS to try the Torched Menu!!! My partner and I come here almost every week. We love the torched menu! The Soho Rolls and Torched Salmon sushi are the best! The sushi is always super fresh and tasty. 10/10 recommend.
