Extremely disappointing service from the entire team. Guests who ordered after us were receiving their food before we did, and when I raised the issue, the only explanation I got was, “We opened the other section,” which made no sense. Speaking with the manager didn’t help either there was no apology, no effort to resolve the situation, and no offer of a discount. We barely ate yet were still charged the full price. Overall, a very unprofessional and frustrating experience.

Went for my office lunch and surely liked it enough to get wanna visit again.
It’s a great AYCE spot with fresh and tasty food options. Couldn’t try all that I would’ve liked to as I was pretty full by the time I was done!

This place was great before, but now they need to upgrade the dining area in order to attract more visitors. The food is good, but the staff members need to be more professional.
Worst K&B location for all-you-can-eat sushi. The decor is outdated and not very nice, but the biggest problem is the service. Not a single person ever smiles in that place. The tall manager is unbelievable. It seems like they pay him to teach the staff how to be rude and unfriendly. The little Russian girl is rude too, and the older Asian lady has the worst attitude. I have been there over ten times and almost never seen anyone smile. Now I am forced to drive farther to other locations, but I will never spend my money there again. If there is a corporate office or an owner, they should fire everyone. The food is not even as good as the other locations. It’s probably because they’re constantly busy, so they don’t really care.

Good food, I've been going there with my family for over two years, I've always tipped, yesterday I was very disappointed and I won't go back because yesterday I went with my wife and 10-year-old son, my daughter didn't go and they added a 20% tip to the bill. Ridiculous, I won't go back there again. They lose a good customer because of greed.
