Such wonderful staff and amazing food at this KB Sushi Location! Appreciate the accomodation and professional service provided by team and management hosting my family from out of country. Love this place!
On May 25, 2025, it was our second time at K&B, and just like the first time, everything was great. I read in some reviews that they have a fixed tip of 18%, but that didn't happen to us. We tipped as we pleased, the suggestion on the payment machine was 15%. I noticed that the place was always clean, as were the bathrooms. And the staff was always friendly. That was my experience and that of my family and friends.
The food is great but the staff and management are really bad. They treat you only like a number. Done? Get out. You cannot even relax and drink a tea for five minutes if you’re done eating. They will ask you to leave.
