I had high hopes for this place, but I honestly wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a good meal. The service was lacking, we weren’t given proper utensils, and the food was completely bland with an unappetizing mushy texture. It also took far too long to arrive, which was surprising for an “Xpress” shop. The menu was extremely limited—there weren’t even any starter options, and the best they could offer was plain bread instead of something as simple as buttered naan. Overall, it felt like the McDonald’s version of Pakistani food—disappointing and not worth it.

Be careful when you order xpress paneer karahi …. They will ask if you want half or full …. If you say half then price will be double
Standard rate is 14.99 and if you say half then it will be 24.99.
When we explained to the staff, the girl working at this day (March 28, 2025 5-6pm) just blamed me back saying “I asked you if you wanted half”- which I said yes to, thinking she meant like the small order, but in her mind, half means double for her. When did 1/2 or 0.5 ever equate to 2??
She didn’t even give polythene for my take out and my food spilled in my car.
(If management ever sees this, I believe it would be good for you to evaluate how your staff handles the customers as their actions affect your business and profit.)
People who like karahi paneer, dont order as it will be sour instead of actual spice taste
The biryani was okayish….
This was my first visit and the price and taste ruined it….

Worst customer service I ever received.... The staff does not even know how to talk to the customer and made us wait for long after saying 35 mins wait... After a long wait we went inside to get the smelly and stale food which literally caused us food poisoning. Had their dhaaga kabaab and biryani as we heard it is famous..all money in vain ..
