Ordered from Uber. Was very excited to try for the first time. What a fail. I understand why the Whitby location closed. I ordered a BLT on a toasted sesame bagel. I received an untoasted poppy seed bagel with no lettuce and no tomato. Horrible.

It is a nice little place, although the cost of bagels is quite elevated.
The main issues we had were we bought 24 bagels, only recieved 22, the issue was resolved quickly through email with kettlemens customer service, however as i froze the bagels, later on i found a hair, literally in the bagel, I was appalled and will not be returning to this location.
This raises major concerns from customer service miscounting bagels (that are 14$/dozen) and health and safety concerns with hair in the food and clearly there are not proper protocols in place.
Would not recomend.

Tried their cubano bagel sandwich and it was nicely prepared and tasty, but very overpriced for the portion size. I also ordered a dozen bagels to go and I found them to be quite bland.

Haven’t been here for about six months, but I used to come regularly before that and they would never have issues with running out of bagels, baskets were always full behind them, there would be maybe one flavour they would run out, but it wasn’t all the flavours.
Three weekends in a row and they are completely out of bagels. This place has become terrible with respects to not having bagels available yet it’s a bagel place. Today went in there and all they had was a bunch of sesame, 2 pumpernickel, 2 cinnamon raisin!!!! Enquired about the garlic and told me it’s an hour before they get more. Done driving the distance to come here to get bagels and they don’t have the selection. You know weekends are busy so ensure you have enough bagels made, higher enough employees to be making these bagels. Considering these bagels are pricey, which is well worth it when you get what you want. One should not have to settle for flavors they do not want which I ended up walking out and not buying anything!

I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my expectations. I ordered a veggie bagel, and the pickle wasn’t good at all. The everything bagel dog was just terrible bland and disappointing. On top of that, the service was subpar, which made the experience even worse. I was looking for high-quality bagels, but this place just didn’t deliver. Definitely not worth it.

I'm not too sure what the issue was with the lady behind the counter (The cashier), but she just finished dealing with the customers before me very respectfully, and when it was my turn, I got an eye roll, no acknowledgment. After I spoke and said what I was there for, she turned around and went to talk to a male and female who were working in the back in a different language. Where they then turned and looked at me and giggled. It was very strange. She handed me my order and turned her back while I was saying thank you. She didn't even respond to me saying have a nice day. Very rude. I guess not everyone's welcomed. Weird and selective customer service.
I dropped in for a few bagels, hoping to try the gluten-free version of an Everything bagel, but it was not available. I did get two of the dairy-free smears, though, in plain and dill pickle. Okay, those are awesome. I think they are the best vegan versions I've tasted (and I've tasted a lot!). I'll definitely make this regular stop.
Vegetarian options: Lots of choices without meat.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free bagel option and dairy-free cream cheese (3 options).

Nice place to grab a coffee and bagel
The bagel 🥯 was small and unloved. I waited 10 extra minutes for a fresh bagel, yet it was tough. I enjoyed my experience overall though.
Vegetarian options: It's a bagel joint.
Dietary restrictions: Free the glutes!

Amazing bagels—love watching them being made fresh! The cream cheese is top-notch too. However, the hot chocolate was a letdown—it’s just a pouch they give you, with hot water, which felt underwhelming for the price. Stick to the bagels; they’re worth it!

I’m a fan of Montreal bagels and when this location opened I was thrilled. But over the last year, quality is declining. Prices have gone up by 50%. Surely many in this community have noticed as I have.
I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich this morning. How does anyone say to themselves… “yes this egg is good to be served to a customer”.
If you must get bagels, stick with just buying bulk and prepare it yourself at home.
