They never have chocolate bagels in the evening time if there are no bagels left it is kinda common sense to make more it’s not like they won’t sell everybody likes them

I’m usually a happy customer of Kettleman’s bagel from a while ago. However I was very disappointed this time when I opened my bag of bagels, when I got home I noticed several of them were burnt. Not even sure how these even made it on the shelf..

It’s honestly funny how the flavors are more “suggestions” than ingredients. The cinnamon raisin bagel had no raisins, the blueberry bagel had barely any blueberries, and the chocolate bagel had almost no chocolate at all. On top of that, the bagels were tiny and low quality. If you’re going to name the flavors, at least put the ingredients in them 😅 Definitely disappointed.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit. The bagels are extremely tiny nothing like what you’d expect from a proper bagel, and the quality was poor. They tasted stale and lacked flavor, especially for the price. Overall, it didn’t feel worth it, and I wouldn’t come back unless the size and quality improve.

I’ve been a customer of this bagel shop for about six years. However, over the past two years, I’ve noticed a significant decline in the quality of their bagels. I’ve made it a point to only pick the freshly baked ones, but even those don’t taste the same anymore. It’s sad because I can’t even tell the difference between their bagels and Tim Hortons anymore.

Kettlemans is an Ottawa brand, this location is below that standard. Its not terrible, but there is a noticeable quality difference compared to most locations in Ottawa. Additionally, they pretty much never have anything other than sesame available hot, again comparing to Ottawa area locations which I've found to more consistently have other hot bagel options available. The above said, I'm still a regular, I just know it could be better.
We got their Cubano in Garlic Bagel, it’s got Ham & Pork, Swiss Cheese, Pickles, dressed with Honey Mustard; while the Sesame Bagel toasted with Chive Cream Cheese and Bacon is our go-to Classic! Making it a Combo comes with Taters (BOMB🔥) or Chips and Coffee or Soft Drinks!

Loved our visit to Kettlemens! I got the Veggie CLT on a garlic bagel with a side of tater tots and everything was spot on. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly toasted. The bagel had that perfect chewy crisp texture and the filling was loaded with flavor.
We also got the herb and cheddar bagel with cream cheese and it was just as good. Soft inside, warm, and packed with cheesy goodness. The tater tots were crispy and golden, the kind you just can’t stop eating.
Great service, quick turnaround, and that fresh baked bagel smell as soon as you walk in. Definitely a go to spot for a good breakfast or snack.

I get the hype. It’s good. Is it expensive? Maybe, but I find it worth it. Customer service is whatever. As long as my food is made properly I don’t care about their frowns and attitude. Food was very good. Absolutely no issue with it. Salmon was delicious. The tots were crispy. The produce was fresh. The bagels were just so fluffy. I loved the food.
