Kettlemans is an Ottawa brand, this location is below that standard. Its not terrible, but there is a noticeable quality difference compared to most locations in Ottawa. Additionally, they pretty much never have anything other than sesame available hot, again comparing to Ottawa area locations which I've found to more consistently have other hot bagel options available. The above said, I'm still a regular, I just know it could be better.

We got their Cubano in Garlic Bagel, it’s got Ham & Pork, Swiss Cheese, Pickles, dressed with Honey Mustard; while the Sesame Bagel toasted with Chive Cream Cheese and Bacon is our go-to Classic! Making it a Combo comes with Taters (BOMB🔥) or Chips and Coffee or Soft Drinks!

Always love their bagels, so delicious! Its amazing when you get it hot when they are busy! I love the dairy free blueberry cream cheese, but they no longer carry them, just the regular non dairy cream cheese. Disappointed but ok...
