The only good experience was the clean bathroom and friendly staff. The Store had a very weird smell. It didn't smell like food cooking more like industrial chemicals. The fries were undercooked and the Whopper tasted off. The Coke zero also tasted bad and the drink machine needed to be recalibrated which I appreciate the staff doing after being advised of the issue. Strange that no ketchup, salt, pepper packets or dispensers are out for people to help themselves. Instead if need ketchup you have to ask an employee for it and any other condiments. Don't think I will be Visiting this location again.

Really happy with the service of cashier Palvi as she greets with smile and takes order with accuracy and works on both the sides drive thru and dine in.This is the first BK location which I liked as I am greeted by her all the time with smile. Commendable service.

The night shift staff girl working here was very unfriendly, disrespectful and rude!! She behaved so badly and talked to me rudely when I was picking up the uber order from drive through around 11:30 pm on Thursday 28 Aug. I just asked her how long it will be for the order to be ready so I can update my customer as I had few cars in front of me. She very rudely says just drive to the window. And I asked her again ok I will drive to the window, I just want to know how long it will be so I can update the customer; as I had a long wait time last time. And again she said so rudely that “you just drive to the window”. No please or thanks and no answer to my question. Even when I came to the window she was talking so rudely when I asked why were u rude to me. And then she shuts the window angrily in front of me and walked away. Then another girl came & I asked her for mangers name and she said that she is the manager so I asked her for the other girls name so I can complain to higher ups and she closed the window and talked something to her and then opens the window and tells me she can’t provide her name. She said that they are only 2 people working and she had couple of orders to prepare that’s why she was rude. And they were both not wearing name batches. And when I told the girl I am going to complain about you to your higher management she said she is going to complain about me too and gave me a bad rating on uber right away. She won’t give me her name after asking several times and said she would be in trouble. Well then don’t be rude to people. And she never apologized for her behaviour. There is seriously bad customer service I have seen here and they don’t even feel bad about it. Probably because they think nothing is going to happen and no action will be taken against them. No wonder why this place is rated so low.

I visited here yesterday. Have to stay experience was pathetic. Small women with glasses does not how to take order and messed up everything, may be does not know how to speak in english and just went away after taking my order waited for 8 10 minutes nobody bothered to ask and other 2 were talking and was not busy. Does not how to work and no professionalism. Would not come here again where people don’t know about customer service.

I usually do the drive thru and Wednesday whopper is my treat. Whopper is always fresh. Service is always good and friendly. I have been dining at this location for more than a year now and never had any negative experience.
Don’t forget to ask for napkins since anti-humanist (Liberal Party) politicians banned napkins unless you ask. You must always ask for such basics in Toronto otherwise they may nigh give it to you as it may be against the law. Yes I know it makes no sense but this is Canada and our currency is called loonie for a reason.

Went in on Thursday ordered my usual from kiosk first one didn't work tried the second one worked i for to put no ketchup on my burger so got my burger it was really oily bread was drenched took one bit and it had ketchup 🙃 so I went back to try to get another burger and she said i didn't put no ketchup so I threw it out the first kiosk didn't work that why i forgot to put no ketchup thank good I ordered chicken nuggets or else I would of not ate she basically kicked me out because it was 10pm and said eat in hours were closed i usually go every thurs but no more I will not go there service sucks. Lots of other places I can go so basically I paid for 20 for chicken nuggets
Delicious! May 27/25- as I’m coming home from job searching, I had to go to a childhood classic! I got mozzarella stick box but that has so many carbs it will fuel you better than a whopper! I was assisted by the cashier and the manager while finding the garbage so thanks!

Solid food and great service, only issue is that other customers who do not purchase any food. I have had a person tell me they want to end my life, another person screaming on the phone and getting aggressive with anyone who looks at him.

Nice franchise of Burger King. They serve quick and good service. The drive through is pretty quick too. It's not too crowded and the restaurant is well maintained. The fish burger is quite big as compared to the similar one in McDonald's.
