Unimpressed. Untidy, cold fries, burger that looked like Wendys, washrooms locked while empty, garbage a mess. Won't return to this one.

👑Gajender the manager at this location is an amazing individual!! He remembers his customers and makes an positive connection with them while making each visit a worthwhile experience beyond just buying fast food. This type of service can be rare these days but Gajender makes it look easy and I really appreciate his efforts!!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY BURGER KING!! Burger King sent me a BOGO whopper offer, but when I clicked on my offer, it wouldn’t show up in the app. So I went to the drive-through window and spoke to the manager. He said customers had been having the same problem all day, so he offered to take care of it manually for me - no begging or pleading required! There are 3 Burger Kings close by. I SINCERELY APPRECIATE someone going above and beyond to help me out, so I will repay the courtesy by faithfully patronizing the Burger King at 5322 Dundas St. that gave me such great service!!

I ordered via the burger king app and my food was delivered via door dash, sadly they messed up on my order and over 50% of my items are missing from my order, was really disappointed by this. I called and spoke with a lovely gentleman Andrew who I believe was the store manager, he was very understanding and really empathetic with my situation, he took my details established what items I was missing from my order, he called me back a few minutes later, to give me the best news that they were arranging a courier to deliver the missing items at there cost, this was the best outcome as we were so hungry, a huge thanks to Andrew on his A+++++ service, really made the difference to a bad experience of a bad delivery

Just spent $30 in drive thru and all I asked for was fresh chicken nuggets. they are cardboard. Sales associate reassured me they were fresh. These nuggets are harder than a rock and cold. Disappointed.

Customer service excellent, but unfortunately there is no heat at restaurant. Inside temperature was 15C all week!!! Please fix it
I came to this location last night around 10:30-11pm. The workers at this location refused to let me in to order even though they don’t close until midnight. I don’t have a care but they told me the only way I could order was to walk through the drive thru. It is cold, windy, and snowing, but I walked to the drive thru where I was ignored and the workers wouldn’t take my order. Even though I had arrived at the drive thru first a bald man with a moustache made me get out of the way so he could serve two cars that came after me. I felt very disrespected and the bald man was not kind to me at all. Upon coming here to write my review I see that many other people have had bad experiences with the bald man. So I think it’s quite clear the owner of this location doesn’t care their customers are being mistreated. This is the last time I will be coming to this location. I would much rather take my business to Wendy’s. Where they actually treat you right and let you stand inside when it’s cold and snowing.

The staff at this location was so amazing!! Andrew the manager just brings such a healthy positive vibe to the establishment.. the food was amazing, they made me feel like I was at home when I had such a hectic day

First week they opened they sold fresh food. 3 times in a row I have had old microwaved garage with brown lettuce and scolding hot old food. Completely unacceptable for a fast food place to pedal warmed up garbage food that my family can't even enjoy.
