horrible place. patties were cold, over cooked and dry, chicken nuggets were over cooked and dry. i asked for fanta with no ice and got coca cola with ice.one of the worst burger king locations i’ve been to. waste of $22

I want to revisit this store one day, hoping their attitudes have improved. This Burger King has rude staff & I had terrible visits with family here.This is the Etobicoke Burger King on dundas. I do not like going here because people I know including myself had the worst experiences.?Personally I find it hard to buy food from South Asian people who don't smile and have a bad attitude talking in foreign languages in public.Burger King is a great company I just don't appreciate bad franchise owners who breed nepotism. I hope your visit here goes okay. ??I find that a business is successful when it hires people that want to work there instead of people who just want the money. #BadLocationRemember that no matter where you go in life or no matter where you have come from try to focus on more than money and what you think.I do not judge where anybody comes from but a lot of South Asian people have started working in fast food and they greatly dislike it.When I write this it is for the love and consideration of every culture. If you don't like your job quit and let someone else have a job.Burger King and other fast food restaurants are becoming shameful because the staff make it that uncomfortable to buy food & enjoy it. ?Over the last decade I have found it difficult to purchase food from people who are rude and intolerant and should appreciate their jobs.Remember no matter where you come from that you deserve to be treated properly. I cannot give a higher review for this store sadly.Truthfully I love people but I dislike how the fast food and gas stations are becoming places where people don't want to smile & complain.Please remember if you have problems to call home office or report staff members. So bad service, I asked for well done order and also i had mentioned to make it well done multiple times, but the staff didn’t even bother to give it a concern and just gave cold food not even heated. And the original chicken sandwich was stale and not at all fresh. I wonder how you guys run a franchise. Burger king this is gonna be the last time I’ll get food from you guys.

Very friendly staff..i got free apple pie with my food??
This location was a good experience we visited around 10:30am, good service nice hot fresh food they were not busy, there is a drive thru to which I have been threw many times and it had its ups and down but mostly ups but I would say this service on this day October 22nd was better then all other days, it was clean had some music playing in the background organized did not check the bathroom but overall good and will be coming back here many more times at least in the morning that is cause the afternoon seems a bit more bad on service food and cleanliness, but I will still try coming back in the afternoon one day.

The chicken in the crispy chicken was tiny and shrivelled. Half was stringy and rubbery the other half I literally could not bite through it was so stale. I don’t know if it sat under a heat lamp too long or what but that’s not even close to being ok to put between two buns . Should have been obvious from looking at it. I didn’t know till I got home or else I would have taken it back. So disappointed and hungry right now… BK lost my trust
